    摘要: Methods for fabricating an integrated circuit are provided herein. In an embodiment, a method for fabricating an integrated circuit includes forming a gate electrode structure overlying a semiconductor substrate. A first sacrificial oxide layer is formed overlying the semiconductor substrate and a first implant mask is patterned overlying the first sacrificial oxide layer to expose a portion of the first sacrificial oxide layer adjacent the gate electrode structure. Conductivity determining ions are implanted into the semiconductor substrate, through the first sacrificial oxide layer. The first implant mask and the first sacrificial oxide layer are removed after implanting the conductivity determining ions into the semiconductor substrate.

The vinyl imidazole comprises 2 percent to 20 percent by weight of the graft copolymer and the macromonomer comprises 55 percent to 85 percent by weight of the graft copolymer. The pigment dispersant is useful for forming pigment dispersions that can be used in solvent borne coating compositions.

In some implementations, the remote may include a table for controlling devices and the remote may utilize an entry in the table for the second device instead of the first device. In various implementations, the remote may receive responses to the discovery message from multiple devices and may select one to configure itself to control.

    摘要: Vehicles, computer-implemented methods, systems and apparatus are disclosed for providing application generated information for presentation at an automotive head unit (AHU) of a vehicle. For example, a vehicle is provided that is configured to communicate with an application server. The application server hosts and executes an application to generate information. The application server provides a first part of a MirrorLink server since the application hosted at the application server is normally hosted at and designed to be executed by a consumer electronics device to generate the information, and the information is normally presented at the consumer electronics device. The vehicle includes a network access device (NAD) integrated within the vehicle and an AHU that communicatively coupled to the NAD. The AHU includes a human-machine-interface (HMI). The NAD includes a wireless communication interface that serves as a second part of the MirrorLink server. For example, the wireless communication interface can receive the information over a wireless communication link and provide the information to the HMI where the information can then be presented on the HMI.

    摘要: Methods for fabricating device substrates are provided where the device substrates have rounded trench corners in medium voltage (MV) and high voltage (HV) regions thereof to minimize interference with performance of MV or HV devices adjacent thereto. The fabricating methods involve thermally oxidizing a trench-forming area in an MV or HV region on a semiconductor substrate to form a silicon oxide layer having narrowed birds beak edges that create rounded trench shoulders semiconductor substrate. An isolation trench is then formed through the silicon oxide layer, into the semiconductor substrate, removing portion of the silicon oxide layer and leaving the birds beak edges. After removing the birds beak edges, an oxide layer is formed lining the trench and shoulders to create rounded trench corners in the MV or HV region. Trenches having rounded corners may be formed simultaneously with forming trenches in low voltage regions that don't have rounded trench corners.

    摘要: TDMA communications between a host device and a number of clients on a communications channel are dynamically adapted to allocate or de-allocate time slots in response to changes in the number of active clients. The system initially operates in a startup mode in which the host device transmits a startup message on the communications channel and assigns a timeslot in a TDMA cycle in response to connection requests received from each of the requesting clients. After exiting the startup mode, the system operates in a normal mode in which the host device initiates the TDMA cycle by transmitting a polling message on the communications channel that indicates a number of timeslots occurring within that particular TDMA cycle. The host changes the number of timeslots indicated in the polling message to responsively adapt duration of the TDMA cycle as the number of clients communicating via the communications channel changes.

    摘要: A high-lift system for a wing of an aircraft is provided. The high-lift system includes movably held high-lift flaps, at least one drive unit, at least one transmission shaft connected to the drive unit, and several actuator devices, distributed on the transmission shaft and connected to the high-lift flaps, for moving the high-lift flaps. The actuator devices each comprise a driven element and a torque limiting means. In one example, the driven elements of two adjacent actuator devices are interconnected in a non-rotational manner with the use of a separate torque transmitting means. If one actuator device is blocked, for example as a result of a defective tooth arrangement or some other defect, the torque to be produced by the intact actuator device increases and triggers its torque limiting means. This ensures synchronous operation and in the case of malfunction prevents damage to or detachment of a flap.

In an exemplary embodiment, an integrated circuit includes a semiconductor substrate doped with a first conductivity-determining impurity. The semiconductor substrate has formed therein a first well doped with a second conductivity-determining impurity that is different from the first conductivity-determining impurity, a second well, formed within the first well, and doped with the first conductivity-determining impurity, and a third well spaced apart from the first and second wells and doped with the first conductivity-determining impurity. The integrated circuit further includes a floating gate structure formed over the semiconductor substrate. The floating gate structure includes a first gate element disposed over the second well and being separated from the second well with a dielectric layer, a second gate element disposed over the third well and being separated from the third well with the dielectric layer, and a conductive connector.
