    摘要: Techniques that facilitate optimization of prototype and machine design within a three-dimensional fluid modeling environment are presented. For example, a system includes a modeling component, a machine learning component, and a graphical user interface component. The modeling component generates three-dimensional model of a mechanical device based on a library of stored data elements. The machine learning component predicts one or more characteristics of the mechanical device based on a first machine learning process associated with the three-dimensional model. The machine learning component also generates physics modeling data of the mechanical device based on the one or more characteristics of the mechanical device. The graphical user interface component provides, via a graphical user interface, a three-dimensional design environment associated with the three-dimensional model and a probabilistic simulation environment associated with optimization of the three-dimensional model.

    摘要: A large volume natural gas storage tank comprises a plurality of rigid tubular walls having opposing ends and intermediate segments with closed cross-sections extending along longitudinal axes. Each wall is interconnected at each end with respective ends of two other walls such that interconnected interiors define an interior fluid storage chamber. Exterior surfaces of planarly successive interconnected walls define sides of the storage tank. The tank further comprises exterior support structures each extending between the exterior surfaces of the walls forming each side of the storage tank and reinforcing the storage tank against dynamic loading from fluid in the interior fluid storage chamber. The tank further comprises closure plates each extending at least partially across exterior surfaces of the exterior support structures. Interior surfaces of the closure plates, interior surfaces of the exterior support structures, and exterior surfaces of walls at least partially define an auxiliary fluid storage chamber.

    摘要: A CNG or LNG storage containment tank is formed from four substantially vertical hollow tubular walls with first and a second ends positioned approximately 90 degrees apart. Eight horizontal hollow tubular walls interconnect and are in in fluid communication with the respective vertical tubular wall ends to form a six-sided cube-shaped tank configuration defining an interior fluid chamber. A tank support connected to the outer surfaces of the tubular walls and configured to reinforce the tank against loading arising from dynamic movement of fluid within the fluid chamber. In one example, bulkheads are positioned inside the horizontal tubular walls to reduce the sloshing of fluid through the tubular walls and thus the resulting sloshing loads. In another example, a plurality of gusset plates are positioned in a space between the tubular walls at an interior of the tank and connected between the tubular walls to further reinforce the tank.

    摘要: A graphical block diagram can use an execution order block to enforce an execution order for parallel subtrees. A graphical data flow block diagram is generated that includes parallel subtrees. The parallel subtrees can be connected to input pins of the execution order block in the execution order. The parallel subtrees are processed in the execution order before other blocks connected to the parallel subtrees are processed according to the normal execution order of the graphical program. The execution order of the execution order block is not affected by the other blocks, and the normal execution order of the other blocks according to the graphical program is not affected by the execution order of the execution order block. The techniques described herein improve a model-based development platform.
