    Abstract: An apparatus for manufacturing a heat sealing-type rotational laminated core enabling the automatic separation of a laminated core, wherein the apparatus for manufacturing a laminated core includes: a squeeze ring installed on the lower portion of a blanking die for the blanking process; a heating means installed on the outer portion of the squeeze ring; a rotating die having the squeeze ring and the heating means installed therein to rotate by a predetermined pitch with the squeeze ring and the heating means; a vertically-moving die installed on one side of the blanking die and having a plurality of protruding portions and recessed portions formed; and a fixed die installed in the upper mold on the upper side of the vertically-moving die and having a plurality of recessed portions and protruding portions formed.

    Abstract: The hollow shaft motor according to the present invention comprises a motor housing 11 having a cylindrical shape; a housing cover assembly 12 coupled to an upper portion of the motor housing 11; a stator assembly 20 located in the motor housing 11 and in a lower portion of the housing cover assembly 12; a rotor assembly 30 located in the stator assembly 20 to rotate; a screw shaft 10 coupled to the rotor assembly 30 to rotate together; and a ball nut 17 coupled to the screw shaft 10 to move vertically, wherein the housing cover assembly 12 comprises a housing cover 121 having a sleeve 124 extended downwardly so as for the screw shaft 10 to be located inside, and an inner upward bending part 124B bent inwardly and heading upwardly is formed at the bottom end of the sleeve 124.

    Abstract: A laminated core manufacturing apparatus includes an upper mold and a lower mold and enabling the manufacturing of a laminated core by stacking individual laminar members which are formed by having a strip which is sequentially transferred on an upper portion of the lower mold undergo a piercing process and a blanking process by means of punches provided to the upper mold, wherein the laminated core manufacturing apparatus further comprises: a squeeze ring installed on a lower portion of a blanking die for the blanking process; an elevating block installed on the lower portion of the squeeze ring; an elevating means for vertically moving the elevating block; and a heating block installed on an upper portion of the elevating block and positioned at an inner diameter surface of the laminated core.
