Abstract: In one embodiment, a RF signal repeater switchable between SISO and MIMO comprises: a controller; a first transmitter path switchably coupled to first donor and coverage antennas; a second transmitter path switchably coupled to second donor and coverage antennas; a first receiver path switchably coupled to the first donor and coverage antennas; a second receiver path switchably coupled to the second donor and coverage antennas. The controller configures the repeater for a MIMO TDD operating mode by: configuring the first transmitter path and the second receiver path to repeat at least a first MIMO channel of UE uplink RF signals and at least a first MIMO channel of base station downlink RF signals; and configuring the second transmitter path and the first receiver path to repeat at least a second MIMO channel of UE uplink RF signals and at least a second MIMO channel of base station downlink RF signals.

Abstract: A telecommunications assembly includes a chassis and a plurality of fiber optic splitter modules mounted within the chassis. Each splitter module includes at least one fiber optic connector. Within an interior of the chassis are positioned at least one fiber optic adapter. Inserting the splitter module through a front opening of the chassis at a mounting location positions the connector of the splitter module for insertion into and mating with the adapter of the chassis. The adapters mounted within the interior of the chassis are integrally formed as part of a removable adapter assembly. A method of mounting a fiber optic splitter module within a telecommunications chassis is also disclosed.

Abstract: A fiber optic system includes an enclosure and a mounting bracket that cooperate to define a mechanical coupling interface including a slide interface and a snap-fit interface. The slide interface allows the enclosure to mount to the bracket along a first dimension and retains the enclosure at the bracket along second and third dimensions that are transverse to the first dimension and transverse to each other. The snap-fit interface, once triggered, retains the enclosure at the bracket along the first dimension.

Abstract: A coupler includes a housing and a contact sub-assembly. The housing includes a channel having openings at first and second ends of the housing. The first end receives a first connector having a first pair of contacts and the second end receives a second connector having a second pair of contacts. The contact sub-assembly includes exactly one pair of coupling contacts and a body portion supporting the pair of coupling contacts. The contact sub-assembly is positioned centrally within the housing and includes an anti-rotation feature and one or more crush ribs to create an interference fit with an interior surface of the housing. The pair of coupling contacts serve to couple the first and second connectors for both power and data transmission. In certain embodiments, contacts sub-assembly utilizes a circuit board to electrically couple contacts.

Abstract: The techniques described herein relate to methods, apparatus, and computer readable media configured to schedule individual orthogonal frequency-division multiple access (OFDMA) resources on an upstream channel to serve a data transmission request from a downstream device. A schedule for a set of available resources on the upstream channel to serve the data transmission request is generated, based on a dynamic bit loading profile, including generating data indicative of a first bit loading profile for a first set of resources from the set of available resources for a first burst, and data indicative of a second bit loading profile for a second set of resources from the set of available resources for a second burst. The schedule is transmitted to a downstream device, such that the downstream device is configured to encode the first burst using the first bit loading profile and the second burst using the second bit loading profile.
