The measuring system includes: a rotary jig for rotating a crank shaft by opening only a bonnet in a vehicle stop state; a probe joined to the position where a spark plug of an engine is separated and having an extension rod located at the center of a piston to check a top dead point and to output signal values when the crank shaft is rotated according to rotation of the rotary jig; a pump for supplying air to a cylinder chamber of the engine through a tube connected to the probe to move the piston; a terminal for outputting the signal value of the probe to a display unit through wireless communication; and a control unit for controlling the signal values.

    摘要: An optical module includes a point light source device and an optical lens. The point light source device generates light. The optical lens includes an inner curved surface and an outer curved surface. The inner curved surface has a first roughly ellipsoidal shape having a first major axis and a first minor axis that is substantially perpendicular to the first major axis. The outer curved surface has a second roughly ellipsoidal shape having a second major axis that is substantially perpendicular to the first axis and the second minor axis that is substantially perpendicular to the second major axis. The light generated by the point light source device enters the optical lens through the inner curved surface and exits from the optical lens through the outer curved surface. Therefore, the number of optical modules used in a display device may be reduced to lower manufacturing cost thereof.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a rotary jig for rotation of a crank shaft of a vehicle and a measuring system using the same. The measuring system includes: a rotary jig (100) for rotating a crank shaft (C) by opening only a bonnet in a vehicle stop state; a probe (700) joined to the position where a spark plug of an engine is separated and having an extension rod located at the center of a piston to check a top dead point and to output signal values when the crank shaft is rotated according to rotation of the rotary jig; a pump (810) for supplying air to a cylinder chamber of the engine through a tube connected to the probe (700) to move the piston; a terminal (900) for outputting the signal value of the probe (700) to a display unit through wireless communication; and a control unit (800) for controlling the signal values.
    The measuring system can rotate the crank shaft after a worker opens only a bonnet and mounts the rotary jig at an end portion of the crank shaft when the crank shaft is rotated, thereby enabling the worker to simply measure an operational state of the engine linked with the crank shaft.

    摘要: A five axis motion controlled ultra-precision machine tool is provided in which major portions are composed as a structure completely symmetric about the machining point and errors due to thermal displacement can be minimized. A pair of Y axis guide members (41,41) are secured to the top face of a base (i) at both sides of an X axis slider (3) interposed therebetween for X direction so as to movably guide Y axis sliders (4,4) in horizontal Y direction perpendicular to X axis. Y axis linear motors (42,42) and the Y axis guide members (41,41) are disposed substantially at the center of mass of the Y axis sliders (4,4) respectively, so that the Y axis sliders (4,4) can be driven in Y direction with vibration and errors in alignment minimized.
