Abstract:
The invention relates to a novel hydrodispersible waterproofing agent based on at least one water-insoluble and water-immiscible waterproofing agent which has previously been emulsified in a hydrosoluble amphiphilic copolymer composition. The invention also relates to the solid forms of said composition obtained by drying, and to the use thereof in a water-insoluble film-forming polymer composition or in a mineral binding agent composition for applications in the field of construction.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a novel agent for promoting adhesion to a heat-insulating surface and in particular to a polystyrene surface, especially when wet or under the effect of a large variation in temperature. The invention also relates to the use of the said agent in a water-insoluble film-forming polymer composition or in a mineral binder composition for applications in the construction field and more particularly in external heat-insulation systems.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for increasing the waterproofing of a mineral binder compound consisting in adding the sufficient quantity of at least one type of polyalkylalkylsiloxane containing at least one hydrocarbon graft which has 6-18 carbon atoms to said compound. Compounds which can be produced with the inventive method and the use thereof for construction are also disclosed.
Abstract:
The invention relates a method for applying a finish coat, for example in the form of a paint or varnish on a surface based on a still humid mineral binder compound. Said invention relates, in particular to mineral binder compounds in the form of mould parts and prefabricated elements for construction, civil engineering or public works. It is possible to give an example of mould parts or prefabricated construction elements embodied in the form of cement or concrete tiles, said cement or concrete being reinforced or not by fibers, gypsum board liners, mould fiber cement elements or gypsum plasterboards.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for improving the physicochemical properties of bitumen compositions and also to novel bitumen compositions with improved properties and to their uses in a process for preparing hot bitumen mixes or in a process for preparing cold bitumen mixes.
Abstract:
Novel carriers for liquid component antifoaming agents, e.g., polysiloxane based, and well adapted for detergency applications, are comprised of a preferably hydrated sodium tripolyphosphate fraction, and a fraction comprised of sodium hydrogen pyrophosphate, sodium hydrogen orthophosphate, or admixture thereof.
Abstract:
Novel granular particulates of sodium metasilicate, well adapted for improved detergency applications, are comprised of a central core of essentially anhydrous sodium metasilicate and a core-enveloping sheath of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate therefor, the amount of water which comprises said sodium metasilicate pentahydrate comprising at least 10% by weight, and advantageously from 10 to 20 or 25% by weight, of the total weight of said particulates.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a product comprising a fibrous support and a hydrophilic coating, the preparation method thereof and the use of same, such as in or for disposable absorbent products, e.g. in diapers. More specifically, the invention relates to a product comprising a fibrous support and a hydrophilic and/or permeabilizing coating which is linked to at least part of a surface of the support. The invention is characterized in that the coating comprises a film that covers at least part of the support and a hydrophilic and/or permeabilizing agent.
Abstract:
The invention concerns water dispersible granulates comprising: at least a hydrophobic perfume (P), in the form of droplets, finely divided in and encapsulated by a water soluble or water dispersible solid organic matrix (MO) selected among: polypeptides (PP) of plant or synthetic origin; polyelectrolytes (PE) belonging to the family of weak polyacids; or their mixtures; and at least an emulsifying agent (AE) at the droplet/matrix interface. The invention also concerns a method, in two steps, for preparing said granulates, the first step consisting in preparing an emulsion in water comprising at least a hydrophobic perfume (P), at least an emulsifying agent (AE); and said water soluble or water dispersible organic matrix (MO), the second step consisting in drying said emulsion until a granulate is formed.
