摘要: A method for ecological filling with mixed coal gangue and fly ash includes the following steps: S1: construction of a double-impermeable base layer: leveling a pit or gully, laying a fly ash-based cementitious material, compacting and curing; spraying a layer of polymer waterproof coating on a surface of the fly ash-based cementitious material, and fully curing to obtain a double-impermeable protective structure; S2: three-dimensional layered filling: dumping coal gangue and fly ash in sequence on the double-impermeable protective structure formed in S1, where the coal gangue and the fly ash are three-dimensionally layered and well graded; the coal gangue is coal gangue after coal washing, which is used as an aggregate; the fly ash is used as a filler and cementitious material to achieve a compact filling structure; and S3: rolling: rolling by a roller after the three-dimensional layered filling.

摘要: A composition including cement, filler, polymer and a compound having epoxide groups and also an amine, wherein the composition contains more than 10% by weight of cement and at room temperature is present as storage-stable free-flowing powder and/or granular material. When mixed with water, the composition makes polymer-modified mortars having good processability, excellent adhesion, strength, water impermeability, chemical resistance and quick coatability possible.

摘要: The invention relates to a package of performance additives for bitumen or bituminous compositions including an acidic adjuvant and a H2S scavenger chosen from organic or inorganic copper salts. The invention also relates to the use of said H2S scavenger in order to reduce the H2S emissions of bitumen or of a bituminous composition treated with the acidic adjuvant. The invention additionally relates to a process for the preparation of a bituminous composition. The preparation process according to the invention makes it possible to obtain bitumen/crosslinked polymer compositions having better mechanical and dynamic properties in comparison with the bitumen/crosslinked polymer compositions of the prior art, while substantially reducing the releases of hydrogen sulfide (H2S).

摘要: Disclosed are a microcapsule for self-healing concrete and a preparation method thereof, and a self-healing concrete and a preparation method thereof. The microcapsule comprises a core and a wall, the components of the core comprising a healing agent, microcrystalline cellulose and Tween 80, and a material of the wall being a high-molecular organic material sensitive to stress of cracks. The preparation method for the self-healing concrete comprises steps of: weighing appropriate amounts of cement, sand, water and the above microcapsules, with each cubic meter of concrete containing 0.05 to 0.08 cubic meter of the microcapsules; stirring the cement, sand and microcapsules until uniformly dispersed to obtain a mixture; and pouring the water into the mixture, and stirring uniformly.

摘要: A foam formulation for preparing polymer-grafted nanoparticles stabilized foam, including nanoparticles, monomers of a polymer to be grafted on the nanoparticle surface, polymerization initiator, surfactant and water. The polymer-grafted nanoparticles may act together with the surfactant to form single-layer assembling at the boundary of bubbles, which in turn stabilizes the foam. The generated foam shows much better stability in long-term storage, high-temperature drying process and alkaline environments than conventional wet foams. A method of preparing solid porous materials with the foam is also provided.
