    摘要: The invention concerns a method for preparing thermoplastics to obtain a hydrophilic behaviour of the surface of objects made from said thermoplastics. The invention also concerns the additives used to obtain said surface hydrophily, said additives being mixed and jointly melted with the thermoplastics (mass-additivation process). The melted mixtures of thermoplastics and additives are shaped by any conventional means (extrusion, injection film stretching) to obtain the desired objects. The invention further concerns the uses of said thermoplastic objects with hydrophilized surfaces.

    摘要: Hydraulic binders, such as cements, mortars with enhanced aging properties, are described. More particularly, hydraulic binders based on mineral silicates are described having greater aging strength, a method for making said binders and their uses and articles obtained from same. An organic compound comprising two hydrophilic functions and a hydrophobic chain such as adipic acid are added to the hydraulic binder to slow down the water uptake rate of said binder.

Also, a process for the preparation of such a sodium tripolyphosphate comprising spraying an aqueous solution containing between 5 and 10% of siliconate at weight onto a sodium tripolyphosphate containing at least 50% of phase 1 and having a particle diameter distribution ranging from 600 to 2,500 microns; and grinding the hydrated tripolyphosphate containing the siliconate to a mean particle diameter ranging from 80 to 200 microns.

    摘要: Na tripolyphosphate compositions very rapidly hexahydrated, e.g., in water, and well suited for detergency applications, are comprised of a mass of sodium tripolyphosphate particulates prehydrated with a plurality of hexahydrated sodium tripolyphosphate crystals homogeneously distributed therethrough, (i) said particulates displaying a ratio of phase I crystalline form content to the total content of the phase I plus phase II crystalline forms of at least 50%, (ii) a homogeneous distribution of phase I crystalline form throughout both said particulates and said mass, (iii) a particle size distribution such that the average Rosen-Rambler-Bennett particle diameter ranges from 130 to 250.mu., with the maximum amount by weight of particles larger than 630.mu. in diameter being about 5% and the maximum amount by weight of particles smaller than 25.mu. in diameter being about 20%, (iv) a content in water ranging from about 0.4 to 4% by weight, said water content essentially consisting of the bound water constituting said hexahydrated sodium tripolyphosphate crystals, and (v) with each crystal population of particle sizes being homogeneously distributed throughout said mass.

    摘要: The present invention relates especially to a composition for manufacturing an article comprising one or more superposed layers each less than 5 centimeters thick, comprising a hydraulic binder and at least one compound chosen from an organic compound comprising at least two hydrophilic functions and a hydrophobic chain, and a polyamide oligomer. The use of these additives in the presence of hydraulic binder allows the manufacture of articles and coatings with good protection against water uptake, satisfactory water resistance and good mechanical properties such as breaking strength.
