Abstract:
Provided are a method, apparatus, and computer program for providing a notification according to a period of use of a drug infusion device. A time point at which the drug infusion device switches from an inactive mode to an active mode may be determined as a use start time point. Also, an impending expiration notification indicating that expiration of a period of use of the drug infusion device is imminent may be provided at a first time point after a certain period from the use start time point, based on a usable period and a user set time of the drug infusion device. In addition, an expiration notification indicating that the period of use of the drug infusion device has expired may be provided at a second time point after the usable period from the use start time point.

Abstract:
A method of repairing a semiconductor device includes forming a first conductive interconnection and a second conductive interconnection spaced from the first conductive interconnection on a semiconductor substrate, forming a magnetic fuse on the first conductive interconnection and forming a first contact plug on the second conductive interconnection, forming a metal interconnection on the magnetic fuse and the first contact plug, and applying a bias to the first conductive interconnection or to the second conductive interconnection corresponding to a normal cell or a redundancy cell and the metal interconnection. The method can readily prevent the problems caused in a laser cutting method without using a method of physically cutting a fuse by radiation of a laser when a semiconductor device fuse is repaired.
Abstract:
A device for putt-practice is disclosed. This device has a first casing opened at its opposite ends, with a speed sensor provided at each end of the first casing and a ball inlet formed at one end of the first casing. A second casing, opened at its opposite ends, is axially connected to an end of the first casing, with a transparent window provided at the upper portion of the second casing for guiding a backstroke movement of a putter during an act of putting. This second casing also has a displaying means for displaying a target putting distance preset by a user, a practical backstroke distance of the putter, and putting results after the act of putting.
Abstract:
A driverless vehicle operating system for controlling operation of a vehicle equipped with a manual transmission includes a shift control mechanism controlling operation of a shift lever for the manual transmission, a clutch control mechanism controlling operation of a clutch, which operationally connects the manual transmission and an engine of the vehicle, and an accelerator pedal control mechanism controlling operation of an accelerator pedal of the vehicle. The system also includes an operator input device, an engine speed sensor, and a vehicle speed sensor. An electronic control unit receives input from the shift control mechanism, the clutch control mechanism, the accelerator pedal control mechanism, the operator input device, the engine speed sensor and the vehicle speed sensor, and controls the shift control mechanism, the clutch control mechanism, and the accelerator pedal control mechanism based on the received input. The shift control mechanism includes a first pair of parallel shift rails disposed on either side of a shift lever for the manual transmission, and a second pair of parallel shift rails disposed on either side of the shift lever. The second pair of parallel shift rails are perpendicular to the first pair of parallel shift rails. A first rotary shaft operationally is connected to the first pair of parallel shift rails, and a second rotary shaft operationally is connected to the second pair of parallel shift rails. A first motor rotates the first rotary shaft, and a second motor rotates the second rotary shaft.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a semiconductor memory device capable of reducing power consumption. The semiconductor memory device according to the present invention divides a memory cell array into at least one cell array blocks and applies different voltage levels to the cell array blocks through a voltage divider. Accordingly, a voltage difference between a supply voltage level of each of the cell array blocks and a ground voltage level of each of the cell array blocks is (1/N)* Vdd voltage.

Abstract:
An automotive CCD camera includes a UV filter receiving light corresponding to lane images and filtering through ultraviolet light, a condenser condensing the UV light filtered through the UV filter and transmitting the light, and a light disperser dispersing the light transmitted by the condenser to output the light through at least two different paths. A CCD cell assembly receives the light dispersed by the light disperser, photographs the same and outputs light signals. An adder adds the light signals output by the CCD cell assembly and outputs image signals in which yellow lane markers can be extracted.
