Abstract:
A method of fabricating a nonvolatile memory device includes forming trenches in a substrate defining device isolation regions therein and active regions therebetween. The trenches and the active regions therebetween extend into first and second device regions of the substrate. A sacrificial layer is formed in the trenches between the active regions in the first device region, and an insulating layer is formed to substantially fill the trenches between the active regions in the second device region. At least a portion of the sacrificial layer in the trenches in the first device region is selectively removed to define gap regions extending along the trenches between the active regions in the first device region, while substantially maintaining the insulating layer in the trenches between the active regions in the second device region. Related methods and devices are also discussed.
Abstract:
A nonvolatile memory device includes a substrate, a channel layer protruding from the substrate, a gate conductive layer surrounding the channel layer, a gate insulating layer disposed between the channel layer and the gate conductive layer, and a first insulating layer spaced apart from the channel layer and disposed on the top and bottom of the gate conductive layer. The gate insulating layer extends between the gate conductive layer and the first insulating layer.
Abstract:
An automatic teller machine (ATM) and a control method for the same are provided. According to the ATM and the control method, stacking of paper mediums being transferred to a stacking space of a carriage may be guided by a medium guide provided to the carriage. Position of the medium guide may be adjusted by a guide adjustment device corresponding to various types of the paper mediums.
Abstract:
Provided is a media deposit apparatus including: a deposit transfer portion providing a deposit circulation path of media deposited via a media deposit portion; a temporary transfer portion providing a temporary circulation path that contacts with the deposit circulation path to transfer the media to a temporary stack portion, and including a temporary stack gate, provided between the deposit circulation path and the temporary circulation path, to selectively convert a path of media to the temporary circulation path; and a media transfer portion providing a media transfer path that contacts with the temporary circulation path to transfer the media to a media storage portion, and including a media storage gate, provided between the temporary circulation path and the media transfer path, to selectively convert the path of media to the media transfer path. Accordingly, it is possible to simplify a media transfer structure and to enhance a media transfer efficiency.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a medium transfer apparatus for an automated teller machine, wherein the structure for opening and shutting the medium transfer path of the medium transfer apparatus is simply formed, to thereby conveniently open and shur the medium transfer path of the medium transfer apparatus, and to conveniently and quickly prevent a jam occurring during the transfer of a paper medium performed by the medium transfer apparatus.
Abstract:
A bill delivery apparatus for a wall-type automatic-teller machine according to the present invention is disposed between a cash receiving part and a cash handling part of the machine. The apparatus comprises a main body having a pair of plates spaced apart from each other at both sides thereof; a tray unit adapted to be lifted and lowered within the main body, for temporarily stacking bills introduced from the cash handling part therein; a stopper unit disposed in front of the tray unit to prevent the bills introduced from the cash handling part from deviating from the tray unit; a transfer unit disposed adjacent to the tray unit, for transferring the bills stacked in the tray unit to the cash receiving part; a driving unit for driving the tray unit, the stopper unit, and the transfer unit; and a recovering unit for storing untaken bills that has been returned from the cash receiving part. Thus, present invention provides a bill delivery apparatus for a wall-type automated-teller machine, wherein bills can be smoothly transferred between the cash handling part and the cash receiving part, the number of bills requested by a user can be delivered at a time, and bills untaken due to a user's mistake or carelessness can be separately recovered and stored to enable the machine to be used continuously.

Abstract:
Disclosed is a vacuum circuit breaker. As a plurality of components of main circuit units are integrally formed as one module by molding using epoxy, the main circuit units are easily fabricated, and assembly errors are prevented. Since the main circuit units are arranged to be symmetrical to each other based on a driving unit, an insulation distance between a switchgear and the main circuit units can be obtained without increasing a size of the switchgear. This may allow the main circuit units to be easily arranged at the right side or at the left side according to an installation state of the switchgear.
Abstract:
A cassette for an automatic teller machine (ATM) is provided, which is capable of returning a paper medium disposed at an entrance of the cassette into the cassette using a moving force of a shutter that closes the entrance, during separation of the cassette from a cassette receiving portion.
