The present invention relates to a system and a method for issuing cryptocurrency by a request of a real estate transactor or transacting the issued cryptocurrency by a request of an owner of the real estate which has been transacted in a real estate transaction contracted by the real estate transactor and a licensed real estate agency. In the real estate transaction, the real estate transactor, who wants to receive a new loan from a financial institution to pay a part of a real estate transaction price to a seller or wants to accept an existing loan of the financial institution, and the real estate owner who has received a loan from the financial institution or wants to receive a new loan from the financial institution by providing the real estate as collateral for funding, abandon a part of a right for an actual value of the real estate to issue the cryptocurrency and refund the loan of the financial institution by a sale fund, thereby removing burden for financial expenses caused by the loan and protecting a right of an owner of the cryptocurrency.

Provided is a cash transaction machine including: a medium storage portion; a medium transfer module transferring a paper medium in a sheet unit from the medium storage portion; a temporary stack portion including an upwardly and downwardly movable supporter being provided to be adjacent to an outlet of the medium transfer module to stack the paper medium; a carriage receiving the paper medium from the supporter; and a carriage transfer portion transferring the carriage to a medium outlet in a state where stacked paper media is pressed, wherein the carriage includes a holder being provided in parallel with a moving direction of the carriage to support a bottom surface of the stacked paper media. The cash transaction machine may be constructed to enable a stack of paper media to maintain its arranged state while the paper media is being transferred and to simplify a transferring structure of paper media.

The present invention includes a method for performing visual search based on a movement and/or an angular position of a terminal. The method includes the steps of: (a) sensing a movement and/or an angular position of a terminal by using at least one of sensors; (b) determining whether a triggering event occurs or not by referring to at least one of the sensed movement and the sensed angular position of the terminal; and (c) if the triggering event occurs, allowing visual search to be performed for at least one of objects included in an output image displayed on the terminal at the time of the occurrence of the triggering event; wherein the output image is generated in a form of augmented reality by combining an image inputted through the terminal in real time with information relevant thereto.

A method of processing an open asynchronous application service event and an open web service gateway implementing the method are provided. The open web service gateway includes: a plurality of SCFs (service capability features) operatively connected to an application service through a web service interface, receives an event registration request from the application service, and notifies an event occurring in a network to the application service; and an event broker registering the registration-requested based on a predetermined policy in correspondence with the SCFs, when the registration-requested event received from the application service is an asynchronous event, and notifies an occurrence of the event in the network to the SCFs according to a registered priority of the event. Accordingly, an asynchronous event is registered and notified based on a predetermined policy, so that it is possible to prevent event registration conflict between the SCFs and between the application services and to maximize network operation efficiency.
