摘要: An organic light emitting display is disclosed. The organic light emitting display includes a substrate, a thin film transistor positioned on the substrate, a planarization layer positioned on the thin film transistor, an emission unit, and a passivation layer. The emission unit is positioned on the planarization layer and electrically connected to the thin film transistor. The passivation layer is positioned on the substrate to cover an edge portion of the planarization layer.

摘要: An organic EL device and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. The organic EL device comprises a substrate having a first electrode arranged on an active region, at least one organic material layer formed on the first electrode, a second electrode formed on the organic material layer so as to extend to an inactive region of the substrate to allow heat of the device to be dissipated to an outside therethrough, and a seal-cup facing the second electrode while being sealingly connected with the second electrode at a seal line via a sealant. The organic EL device can effectively lower an interior temperature of the device while preventing degradation thereof, thereby remarkably increasing lifetime thereof, and enhance interface stability of the device, thereby remarkably suppressing degradation in characteristics of the device.

摘要: Provided is an organic EL device having a lower power consumption and high performance and enabling to display separate pictures on bidirectional screens as well as to display the same picture on the bidirectional screens, and a driving apparatus thereof. The organic EL device includes: a first organic EL panel for a unidirectional display; and a second organic EL panel for a unidirectional display, each of the first and second organic EL panels having a substrate, a first electrode, an emitting layer and a second electrode, wherein the first organic EL panel and the second organic EL panel are coupled so as to display pictures in bidirections. According to the present invention, a sufficient brightness can be obtained even under a low power. Also, since an opaque cathode is used, performance and transmittance are enhanced compared with the related art organic EL device using a transparent cathode.

摘要: A receiver with suppressed intermodulation distortion for a radio communication terminal. In the receiver, a low noise amplifier for amplifying a received signal, has an operating power being increased in response to a first control signal to reduce an intermodulation distortion signal. An RF bandpass filter bandpass-filters the signals in a reception frequency band out of the signals output from the low noise amplifier. A mixer mixes an output of the RF bandpass filter with a local oscillation signal to generate an intermediate frequency signal by down-converting the output of the RF bandpass filter. An intermediate frequency amplifier for amplifying the intermediate frequency signal output from the mixer, and having an operating power being increased to reduce the intermodulation distortion signal in response to a second control signal. An intermediate frequency bandpass filter bandpass-filters an intermediate frequency signal out of the signals output from the intermediate frequency amplifier. A demodulator and signal processor demodulates and processes the intermediate frequency signal output from the intermediate frequency bandpass filter to generate an received signal strength indicator signal and a signal-to-noise ratio signal. A controller having a reference received signal strength indicator signal and a reference signal-to-noise ratio signal stored therein, compares the received signal strength indicator signal and the signal-to-noise ratio signal with the reference received signal strength indicator signal and the reference signal-to-noise ratio signal to determine whether a reception sensitivity is poor, and activates said first and second control signals if the reception sensitivity is poor. And one or more attenuators are provided to be controlled by the controller in response to the further comparisons made between the generated signal-to-noise ratio signal and the reference signal-to-noise ratio signal.
