A three-dimensional image display system utilizing both a light beam reproducing method and a shadowgraph type multi-view parallax method, in which three-dimensional stereoscopic images are observed continuously from the rear to front of the display unit is provided. A color filter (22) is disposed on an observer (23) side of a white-color point light source array (21), and, in an area apart from the color filter (22) and white point light source, light beams emitted from the white-color point light source are selectively colored by the color filter (22) for generating a group of a number of light beams corresponding to a scattered light from each point of an object, while in the region in the vicinity of the point light source and the color filter (22) in which a sufficient number of light beams cannot be reproduced, the light beams are selectively colored by the color filter (22) so that image data reaching the eye from the white-color point light source through the color filter (22) performs a view-dependent parallax type stereoscopic display operation not only laterally but also vertically, and further, in the intermediate region, these two operations are mixed, so that a stereoscopic image is continuously joined to each other.

Capillary columns (102) pass through and are inserted in a rubber plate (14), held and fixed by elastic force of rubber, and two-dimensionally arranged on a sample injection side. It fixes the capillary columns (102) arranged on a plane in close contact by holding the same with a holder plate (6a) from below and with a rubber plate (16) from above on a detection side. In order to press the capillary columns (102) against the holder plate 6a and fix the same with the rubber plate (16), a holder plate (6b) fixing the rubber plate (16) to the holder plate (6a) on both sides of the arrangement of the capillary columns (102) is provided.

The present invention provides efficacious preparations for intravenous administration, preparations for external or topical application to skin, preparations for external or topical application to mucosa or cosmetics comprising ginsenosides, in particular, ginsenoside Rb1 or its derivatives which are useful as skin tissue regeneration/reconstruction promoters or wound healing promoters; and it provides fertilizer additives comprising ginsenosides, in particular, ginsenoside Rb1 or its derivatives which are useful as plant tissue regeneration/reconstruction promoters. These preparations for intravenous administration, preparations for external or topical application to skin, preparations for external or topical application to mucosa or cosmetics are useful particularly for promoting the tissue regeneration/reconstruction in cases of incised wounds, morsus, bite wounds and/or defect of skin or mucosa or for promoting would healing. The above fertilizer additives are useful particularly for hydroponics and raising of farm products.

null-ZrNCl polycrystalline powder prepared by chemical transport method and NH4Cl are mixed in a molar ratio of 1:2. The mixture is encapsulated in a Au capsule (6 mm in inner diameter and 6 mm in depth) of a reaction vessel 2, which is then enclosed in a highly heat-conductivitive sodium chloride block as an electrically insulating pressure medium 6. The mixture held in the sodium chloride block is placed in a carbon tube 8 for serving as a heater. In a cubic-pressing apparatus using a pyrophyllite 12 as a pressure-transmitting medium, the mixture is heated at 900null C. for 2 hours under an applied pressure of 3 GPa. After the mixture is allowed to stand until it is cooled down to room temperature, the Au capsule is taken out and light green null-ZrNCl single crystals are obtained. A large single crystal among them had a hexagonal plate-like habit and is transparent with dimensions about 2 mm in diameter, and 0.3 mm in thickness.

Disclosed is a gene carrier composed of a hydrogen-bonding polymer having a polymer chain with hydrogen-bonding sites formed on the polymer chain, in which the polymer chain has a conformation similar to the conformation of a nucleic acid, and particularly, the polymer chain has helix parameters similar to the helix parameters of a nucleic acid of a helix structure. In a preferred embodiment, the hydrogen-bonding polymer is composed of null-1,3-glucan such as schizophyllan. The carrier can be expected to be applied as a vector and a separator for nucleic acids because it is capable of interacting with a nucleic acid to form a complex with the nucleic acid and thus carrying the nucleic acid.

A nicotianamine synthase is isolated and purified. Then the gene of this enzyme is cloned and the base sequence and amino acid sequence thereof are determined. This gene is employed in constructing plants, in particular, grass plants highly tolerant to iron deficiency. A nicotianamine synthase involved in the mugineic acid biosynthesis pathway; the amino acid sequence thereof; a gene encoding the same; a vector containing this gene; cells transformed by the vector; a process for producing nicotianamine by using the same; plants transformed by the gene encoding the nicotianamine synthase; and an antibody against the nicotianamine syntase.
