A method for determining quantization parameters is provided. The method includes determining one or more first units of video content in a grouping of units and analyzing whether the one or more first units of video content within a region in the grouping of units have coefficients for the video content that are zero. The method then determines whether a quantization parameter for one or more second units of video content different from the one or more first units of video content is to be used to derive the quantization parameter for the one or more first units of video content. When the quantization parameter for the one or more second units of video content is to be used, the quantization parameter for the one or more first units of video content is derived from the quantization parameter for the one or more second units of video content.

Provided are: a non-oriented electrical steel sheet having outstanding magnetic properties and comprising, as percentages by weight, from 1.0 to 3.0% of Al, from 0.5 to 2.5% of Si, from 0.5 to 2.0% of Mn, from 0.001 to 0.004% of N, from 0.0005 to 0.004% of S and a balance of Fe and other unavoidably incorporated impurities, wherein the Al, Mn, N and S are included so as to satisfy the compositional formulae {[Al]+[Mn]}≦3.5, 0.002≦{[N]+[S]}≦0.006, 300≦{([Al]+[Mn])/([N]+[S])}≦1,400; and a production method therefor. By optimising the Al, Si, Mn, N and S added components in this way, the distribution density of coarse inclusions is increased, thereby making it possible to improve crystal-grain growth properties and domain wall mobility and so produce the highest grade of non-oriented electrical steel sheet having superior magnetic properties, low hardness, and superior customer workability and productivity.

A solar cell module comprises a rear contact solar cell in which positive (+) and negative (−) electrode patterns are alternately formed on a rear surface of a solar cell; insulating layers formed on both sides of the rear surface of the solar cell to be vertical to the electrode patterns; and a pair of conductive pattern bars that is disposed in a gap between both sides of the rear surface of the solar cell. Each conductive pattern bar includes a stem part formed on the each insulating layer and a plurality of branch parts extending from the stem part to be electrically connected to the same electrode patterns on the rear surface of the solar cell; and an encapsulant layer that protects the conductive pattern bars and at least the rear surface of the solar cell.

The present invention relates to a solar cell module having a white back sheet. According to one aspect of the present invention, provided is a solar cell module having a white back sheet including: a solar cell; an encapsulation sheet for covering and protecting an upper part of the solar cell while transmitting light; and a back sheet for supporting the solar cell and having a white reflection layer for reflecting the light transmitted through the solar cell, wherein the light reflected from the white reflection layer of the back sheet is reused to be photoelectrically converted by the solar cell.

Provided is a system for collecting and managing rainfall attenuation data and rainfall intensity data in a satellite communication system. The system may include: a satellite transmitter to transmit a satellite beacon signal; a Global Positioning System (GPS) to transmit a GPS signal; at least one data collecting apparatus to generate rainfall attenuation data about the satellite beacon signal when the satellite beacon signal is received from the satellite transmitter, and to generate rainfall intensity data within a valid path length of rainfall attenuation, to extract time information from the GPS signal, and to assign the time information to the rainfall attenuation data and the rainfall intensity data; and a data managing apparatus to receive, from the at least one data collecting apparatus, the rainfall attenuation data and the rainfall intensity data assigned with the time information, and to manage the received rainfall attenuation data and rainfall intensity data.

In a method of manufacturing a single-layer cholesteric liquid crystal display device, a liquid crystal composition of a cholesteric phase is formed between a first substrate and a second substrate. A plurality of liquid crystal layers are formed by sequentially adjusting the temperature of the cholesteric phase liquid crystal composition and performing a plurality of optical curing processes on the cholesteric phase liquid crystal composition. Each of the plurality of liquid crystal layers corresponds to one of the plurality of subpixels.

The present invention discloses a tendon controlled mobile platform configured to move within a work space defined by a structure. The tendon controlled mobile platform of the present invention, which includes: a mobile platform including a main frame, a plurality of upper winches coupled to an upper part of the main frame, and a plurality of lower winches coupled to a lower part of the main framed, the mobile platform being placed with the work space; a plurality of first wires having respective one ends coupled to lower sides of the structure and respective the other ends coupled to the upper winches, the lengths of the first wires being adjustable; and a plurality of second wires having respective one ends coupled to upper sides of the structure and respective the other ends coupled to the lower winches, the lengths of the second wires being adjustable, can expand the movement range of the mobile platform, thereby expanding the work area, and can easily move the work equipment to an adjacent work area.

The apparatus includes a mobile profile information processor configured to process mobile profile information based on a location of the mobile node, and to generate a beamforming control signal according to the mobile profile information; a handover indication message processor configured to generate a first handover indication message incorporating the mobile profile information in preparation for a handover of the mobile node; a transceiver configured to transmit the first handover indication message; and a beamforming controller configured to control beamforming for transmission of the transceiver according to the beamforming control signal.

The present disclosure provides a device for simultaneously detecting hemoglobin and glycohemoglobin in blood. The device includes a lateral flow assay strip, a laser-induced epifluorescence detection device, and an LED detection device. The present disclosure further provides a method for simultaneously quantifying hemoglobin and glycohemoglobin in blood by an immunological method using the same.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a crystal structure of PRL-1 (Phospatase of Regenerating Liver) protein and a method of crystallization thereof. It has been found that the PRL-1 protein has a tertiary structure having 5 strands of beta-sheet surrounded by 6 alpha-helices and well-arranged active site with closed P-loop, and monomers form a trimer through farnesylation site in the C-terminus of said protein. Thus intra-cellular migration and membrane localization can be achieved. The said crystal structure of PRL-1 protein of the present invention is very useful for the development the agent which inhibits carcinogenesis and metastasis of the cancer.
