Abstract:
A fuel supply system and fuel filter for a vehicle prevent bleed down of the fuel filter and minimizes the amount of any air or vapor delivered to the fuel supply line. The fuel filter includes a housing enclosing a filter media. The filter includes an inlet for receiving fuel from the fuel pump. The filter also includes first and second outlets. The first outlet supplies filtered fuel to the fuel supply line. The second outlet supplies filtered fuel to the jet pump. In this way, by providing a single outlet from the fuel pump to the fuel filter, and providing two outlets from the fuel filter which separately leads to the fuel supply line and the jet pump, bleed down is prevented and vapors within the fuel supply line are reduced.
Abstract:
Communications between an application executing in an emulated environment in an operating system and a network stack in the operating system may be improved to allow the application access to additional information. The application may be able to access a network traffic log of the operating system, including contents of packets transmitted and received for the application. The network traffic log may be transmitted to the application by a non-emulated interface executing in the operating system. The application may merge the contents of the network traffic log with an internal application log based on matching similar events between the two logs.
Abstract:
A computer program product having a computer readable medium tangibly recording computer program logic for managing configurations in a computer system is disclosed. The computer program product includes code to configure network information in a first Operating System (OS) environment, code to pass the network information to a second OS environment, and code to effectuate the network information in the first and second OS environments without rebooting the first and second OS environments.
Abstract:
A transaction product includes a digital camera assembly, a housing and an account identifier. The digital camera assembly includes a lens assembly, an image sensor aligned with the lens assembly, and a memory electrically coupled with the image sensor. The digital camera assembly is configured to capture images through the lens assembly using the image sensor and to digitally store the captured images to the memory. The housing substantially encloses the image sensor and the memory. The account identifier links the transaction product to an account or record and is machine readable by a point-of-sale terminal such that value can be added to or deducted from the account or record using the account identifier. Other product, cards, assemblies and associated methods are also disclosed.
Abstract:
An in-tank fuel supply unit is provided for supplying fuel from a fuel tank to an engine. The fuel supply unit generally comprises a fuel delivery module and a jet pump assembly selectively attachable to the fuel delivery module. The fuel delivery module has a housing defining a reservoir and includes a fuel pump for pressurizing fuel in the reservoir. The jet pump assembly has a suction tube defining a suction chamber and a nozzle situated inside the suction chamber. The nozzle receives pressurized fuel from the fuel pump and sprays the fuel from a nozzle tip at high velocity to draw additional fuel into the suction chamber through an inlet formed in the suction tube.
