    摘要: A sensor module includes a sensor, a module cover, and a wiring unit. The cover holds the sensor and includes a connector configured to make a connection with an external device. The wiring unit is held by the cover and is arranged from the connector to the sensor. The wiring unit includes a connecting member extending from the connector to a central region of the cover in its width direction and a wiring member extending from the central region of the cover in its width direction to a vicinity of the sensor. The cover and the connecting member are integrally formed from a mold material having insulation properties. The connecting member includes a first connecting terminal exposed at the central region of the cover. The wiring member includes a second connecting terminal conductively joined to the first connecting terminal.

    摘要: A rotational angle detecting device includes a magnetic member, a magnetic sensor and a processing unit. The magnetic sensor includes a sensor element disposed to rotate relative to the magnetic member in accordance with a rotation of a rotating object and outputting signals according to a change in a magnetic field caused as rotating relative to the magnetic member. The processing unit is capable of processing output values of the sensor element. The processing unit acquires the output value at every angle of rotation of the rotating object, estimates a waveform for one cycle of the signals as an estimation waveform from the acquired output values, and normalizes an amplitude of the estimation waveform. Further, the processing unit calculates a rotational angle of the rotating object by a trigonometric function operation based on the output value and the normalized amplitude.

    摘要: An electromechanical conversion device includes an electromechanical conversion unit and a cable, which has a signal wire and a ground wire for grounding the electromechanical conversion unit. The electromechanical conversion unit performs a conversion between a relative movement with respect to a magnetic field generation unit and electrical signals, based on a magnetic field generated by the magnetic field generation unit. The signal wire is connected with the electromechanical conversion unit to transfer the electrical signals, and has a first branch portion and a second branch portion which extend substantially parallel to the ground wire and are respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the ground wire. A distance between the first branch portion and the ground wire is substantially equal to that between the second branch portion and the ground wire.

    摘要: A stroke sensor has two magnets, which are magnetized in a cross-section direction and are displaced in a longitudinal direction, and two magnetism sensitive sections arranged parallel to the longitudinal direction. The magnets have circular-arc-shaped swelling end edges respectively and are magnetized such that the swelling end edges have opposite polarities. Thus, a distribution of a magnetic flux density on an arrangement axis substantially coincides with a sine curve. The magnetic flux having such the distribution is displaced in the longitudinal direction together with the magnets. The magnetism sensitive sections are arranged on the arrangement axis to be distant from each other by a distance of one fourth of a cycle of the sine curve. Thus, the stroke sensor that is not affected by temperature and that has high sensing accuracy can be provided.

The arc-shaped projecting elements are arranged so that the magnetic flux density and each of the output signals can be expressed by a cosine of a shift value from the longitudinal center, and the interval is ¼ of the cycle of the cosine.

A first crank angle range is defined in such a manner as to include a crank angle in which the angular speed is maximum during a power stroke. A second crank angle range is defined in such a manner as to include a crank angle in which the angular speed is minimum during the power stroke. The maximum value of the angular speed is calculated within the first crank angle range, and the minimum value of the angular speed is calculated within the second crank angle range. The calculated maximum and minimum values are brought close to actual values to enhance a reliability of the misfire detector.
