Abstract:
The present invention relates to novel polymorphic forms of N-[2-(diethylamino)ethyl]-5-[(5-fluoro-1,2-dihydro-2-oxo-3H-indol-3-ylidene)methyl-2,4-dimethyl-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxamide-Sunitinib base (I). The present invention also relates to methods of preparing such polymorphic crystals.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a solid dosage form comprising an antipsychotic, particularly ziprasidone. The present invention also relates to a process for preparation of solid dosage form comprising ziprasidone.
Abstract:
The invention describes a stable immunogenic protein having multiple cysteines molecules wherein the protein is having stability up to two years and purity more than 98% particularly rPvRII and/or rPfF2. It also discloses a method for producing said immunogenic protein comprising the following steps: culturing the host E. coli cells containing a desired recombinant gene construct comprising a codon optimized gene sequence of rPvRII and/or rPfF2 to produce cells in high density; inducing expression rPvRII and/or rPfF2 as inclusion bodies; harvesting the cells and isolating the said inclusion bodies; separating rPvRII and/or rPfF2 from inclusion bodies by repeated sequential washing and solubilizing with chaotrophic agents comprising guanidine hydrochloride and/or urea; purifying the protein by subjecting to metal-chelate affinity chromatography; re-folding of the purified rPvRII and/or rPfF2 obtained in step e) with a redox system to recover a high yield of the soluble protein, followed by further purifying the desired protein by removing impurities by subjecting to chromatography. Further the invention discloses formulation comprising rPvRII or rPfF2, preferably being lyophilized using polysaccharides preferably sucrose, lactose, and pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvants such as aluminum hydroxide, aluminum phosphate, CpG nucleotides, non-CpG nucleotides, Montanide ISA-720, MF-59, Mono-phosphoryl Lipid-A (MPL-A) and QS-21.
Abstract:
A system, method, and computer readable medium. A method includes monitoring calls from a client system to a server system for properties associated with an object, each call having a context. The method includes storing call data related to the calls as a property-retrieval history, including storing the context of each call. The method includes analyzing a policy associated with at least one context based on the property-retrieval history. The method includes updating the policy associated with the at least one context based on the analysis, and transferring data corresponding to the at least one context based on the policy.
Abstract:
The subject invention relates to a process for the synthesis of highly active binary metal fluoride system for the fluorination of aromatic compounds. Fluorinated aromatic compounds are valuable synthons for the chemical synthesis of pharmaceutical drugs and novel polymers. Fluorobenzene is used to control carbon content in steel manufacturing, is an intermediate for pharmaceuticals, pesticides and other organic compounds. Fluorobenzene is typically produced by the reaction of aniline and sodium nitrite in the presence of hydrogen fluoride. The present invention relates to a process for the synthesis of highly active binary metal fluoride system consists of copper (II) fluoride and aluminum (III) fluoride for the fluorination of aromatic compounds in gas phase and recycling of the reagent, in situ, using O2 and HF.
Abstract:
3-[.omega.-(3,5-Di-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)alkanoyl]-pyrroles and their de-oxy analogs, for example, 3-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl)pyrrole, 2-chloro-4-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxybenzoyl)pyrrole, 3-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxybenzoyl)pyrrole and 3-[2-(3,5-di-t-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-oxoethyl]pyrrole, have high pharmacological potency as anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic agents.
Abstract:
An insurance exchange for providing a neutral, unbiased and automated lead generating platform for interaction, relating to insurance products and services, between a set of users and a set of providers. The system integrates the processes involved in an insurance lifecycle including quote management, endorsement and claims assistance using a single unique code. The unique code captures minute details of the insurance product's lifecycle which can be tracked and retrieved for processing requisitions at any stage of the insurance lifecycle by the system. Moreover, the system gives a user the flexibility to use/enroll to the system at any time within the life of purchased Insurance product. Thus, the insurance exchange is a one-stop shop for a user for any insurance stream including life, non-life, takaful or micro to compare benefits and prices, choose and avail any insurance product or service and also to redress his grievances.
Abstract:
A method for playing a local ringback tone is disclosed. A second party device is called from a calling party device. An alert message indicating that the calling party device is to play a network ringback tone is received. It is determined whether to play a pre-stored local ringback tone instead of the network ringback tone. The local ringback tone or the network ringback tone is played based on the determination. At any time before call connection or call release, the local ringback tone and the network ringback tone are switched between based on user input.
Abstract:
A filter cartridge has a shell defining an upper portion with an upper interior volume and a lower portion with a lower interior volume. The cartridge is for use in gravity-fed water treatment systems have an upper untreated supply and a lower filtered container. A hydrophilic porous particulate carbon powder block filter in a polymeric binder is disposed in the cartridge. The filter has a central opening and is open on both ends. The top end of the block is fitted with an air vent tube. The lower end of the block is fitted into a rubber gasket to direct water flow into the lower container. As water flow through the filter cartridge, air is vented through the block filter central opening and out through the vent tube.
Abstract:
A contact sharing system is described herein that allows multiple people to share their address books of contact information so that a person can search for contact information among the address books of the person's existing contacts in addition to any publicly available searchable sources of contact information. Because at least one of a person's contacts is likely to have contact information for the person or business that the person is trying to reach, searching the contacts of contacts is more likely to produce relevant search results than searching anonymous or public sources of contact information alone. Thus, the contact sharing system makes it easier for people to find contact information for people and businesses that they are trying to reach.
