摘要： A semiconductor die has interface electrodes on an interface surface and an electrically conductive layer on a mounting surface that is opposite to the interface surface. The electrically conductive layer extends onto side regions of the semiconductor die. Electrical conductors couple the interface electrodes to external connector pads. A solder alloy joins the semiconductor die to a flag. The solder alloy is disposed between the flag and the electrically conductive layer and provides a joint between the flag and both the mounting surface and the side regions.

摘要： A dynamic bearing manufacturing includes steps of: providing a bearing and a processing tool, the bearing having an axial hole, and the processing tool having at least one protruding pattern formed on an exterior wall of the processing tool; positioning the processing tool into the axial hole of the bearing; pressing the processing tool to contact with an inner wall of the bearing so as to transfer and print the protruding pattern of the processing tool onto the inner wall of the bearing; rotating the processing tool at a first rotation speed and driving the bearing to rotate at a second rotation speed; and forming at least one concave pattern on the inner wall of the bearing, and the at least one concave pattern being corresponding to the protruding pattern of the processing tool.

摘要： An electrical connector comprises a connector body retaining a plurality of terminals and an adapter retaining a like number of connecting contacts. Each terminal includes a contacting portions extending beyond a bottom surface thereof. Each connecting contact includes a main body to be received within the base, a tail portion extending downwards thereof for electrically connecting to the printed circuit board and a first portion and a second portion extending sidewards and upwards from the main body. The second portion, therefore, is laterally offset from the first portion. Both the first and second portions have, respectively, opposed first and second barbs extending inward from a side edge for clamping a contacting portion of corresponding terminal therebetween. Each contacting portion further defines a notch in a side edge thereof for engaging with the first barb of corresponding connecting contact.

摘要： A motor with an oil seal. The oil seal includes a first storage wall disposed in a position corresponding to a recess of a shaft. The oil seal receives lubricant and prevents leakage of the lubricant, enhancing self-lubrication of the motor. A bottom storage tank with a specific sloped surface is provided in the motor. During rotation of the shaft, the bottom storage tank increases usage of the lubricant, thereby enhancing self-lubrication of the motor.
