摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide an opening/closing hinge device which can be produced simple in construction and inexpensive in production by reducing the number of the parts forming part of the mobile device and to provide a mobile device small in size, reduced in cost and sufficiently reliable in the hinged members. The second member is rotated with respect to the first member toward the opening operation direction through the movable cam (150) by the urging force of the urging means (170) when the operation cam (130) is displaced in the predetermined operation direction by the external operation force. The fixed guide member (110) has inclined guide portions (115) each inclined at an advance angle in a predetermined inclination direction with respect to the surface perpendicular to the guide center axis to have the second rotation cam (140) rotated around the guide center axis in response to the displacement of the second rotation cam (140) along the guide center axis. The second rotation cam (140) being driven to rotate by the inclined guide portions (115) under a pressing force from the movable cam (150) to have its engagement state with the movable cam (150) changed and to have the urging direction of the second member by the urging means (170) changed when the operation cam (130) is operated to cause the first rotation cam (160) to be rotated from the operation starting position.

摘要: In a semiconductor manufacturing apparatus, the number of fine particles is counted by a particle monitor 15 mounted to a part of an exhaust pipe 12 for exhausting a gas in a process chamber 4, and an end point detection controller 31 observes the count value in time sequence to detect an end point time of plasma etching or plasma cleaning. Further, in a semiconductor manufacturing apparatus, it is possible to calibrate a detection accuracy of the particle monitor with high accuracy.

摘要: A resin having a low dielectric constant obtained by heat-curing 100 parts by weight of a butadiene polymer containing in its polymer chain at least 50 mol% of a 1,2-butadiene unit having a double bond in its side chain and from 10 to 100 parts by weight of a vinyl compound having at least 3 vinyl groups in one molecule in the presence of an organic peroxide. Also disclosed is a resin having flame resistance obtained by heat-curing a blend of an organic peroxide with a composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a butadiene polymer containing in its polymer chain at least 50 mol% of a 1,2-butadiene unit having a double bond in its side chain, from 10 to 100 parts by weight of a vinyl compound having at least 3 vinyl groups in one molecule and at least one member selected from the compounds of the formulas I-IV: ##STR1## wherein X is H or CH.sub.3, Y is Br or Cl, A is --, --o--, --CO--, SO.sub.2, --CH.dbd.CH--, --C(CH.sub.3).sub.2 --or --(CH.sub.2 .sub.a --, ad each of m, n and a is an integer of from 1 to 4, in an amount of from 25 to 100 parts by weight in the case of the formulas I to III and from 25 to 200 parts by weight in the case of the formula IV.

摘要: A method for forming an electrode of a solar battery on an electrode forming face of a semiconductor substrate, comprises: applying a resin containing a conductor material to be the electrode onto an electrode forming region of the electrode forming face; causing a pattern transfer member, on which a reverse pattern obtained by reversing a pattern of the electrode is formed, to face the electrode forming face, and registering the pattern transfer member on a position in which the electrode is to be formed in the electrode forming face; pressing the pattern transfer member against the electrode forming face to transfer the electrode pattern to the resin containing the conductor material; separating the pattern transfer member from the resin containing the conductor material; and baking the electrode pattern transferred to the resin containing the conductor material to form the electrode on the electrode forming face of the substrate.

摘要: The present invention is to provide a method for forming a multi-layer coating film, which can combine a pre-treating step conducted for a metal substrate, before electrodeposition coating, and an electrodeposition coating step. The method comprises: a step of dipping a material to be coated in an aqueous coating composition comprising (A) a rare earth metal compound, (B) a base resin having a cationic group, and (C) a curing agent, wherein a content of the rare earth metal compound (A) in the aqueous coating composition is limited to specific range; a pre-treating step of applying a voltage of less than 50 V in the aqueous coating composition, wherein the material to be coated is used as a cathode; and an electrodeposition coating of applying a voltage of 50 to 450 V in the aqueous coating composition, wherein the material to be coated is used as a cathode.

摘要: A wavelength dispersion type X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, though simple and inexpensive in structure owning to the use of a single X-ray detector, has a capability of measuring the respective intensities of a plurality of secondary X-rays of different wavelengths with a sufficient sensitivity over a wide range. The spectrometer includes an X-ray source (3), a divergence slit (5), an analyzing crystal (7), and a single detector (9), in which a plurality of bent analyzing crystals (7A and 7B), fixedly arranged in a direction, in which the optical paths (6 and 8) of travel of the secondary X-rays spread as viewed from a sample (1) and the detector (9), are used as the analyzing crystal (7) to thereby measure the respective intensities of the plural secondary X-rays (8a and 8b) of the different wavelength.

摘要: The present invention provides an iris imaging apparatus is configured of a platform; a wide angle camera for imaging an image of a person to be authenticated; wide angle camera lighting devices controlled to emit light when the wide angle camera shoots; a telephoto camera for imaging the enlarged image of the eye of the person to be authenticated; iris lighting devices controlled to emit light when the telephoto camera shoots; first motors for rotating the iris lighting devices and directing the luminous light in the direction of the person to be authenticated; a turning stage mounted with the wide angle camera, the wide angle camera lighting devices, the telephoto camera, the iris lighting devices and the first motors, the turning stage rotatablly mounted on the platform; and a second motor for turning the turning stage. All the components required for the turning operation are mounted on the turning stage.
