Abstract:
A motor vehicle door consisting of an outer door panel, an inner door panel and an inner door trim as well as a window pane which can be displaced by means of a window lift. The inner door panel supports functional units, such as a window lift, lock, door handle and/or a side airbag. At least one assembly opening is provided in the inner door panel which is sealed against moisture or spray water by such a functional unit. Alternatively, a door module is provided to seal between the inner and outer door panels, and the door module includes at least one assembly opening to be sealed by such functional units.
Abstract:
An electromechanical control unit for adjustment devices in motor vehicles which can be used with particular advantage in connection with a window lift drive in a vehicle door. The electromechanical drive, the electronics system and the switch of the electromechanical control unit form one pre-testable modular unit. Preferably each switch is in keyed engagement with a cover and is elastically mounted relative to the electronics system, for example through a flexible flat band cable connection.
Abstract:
A motor vehicle door including a simple latch assembly comprising a preassembled and easily inspectable functional module and a moisture barrier which separates a dry zone sealed from external moisture and an unsealed wet zone. The latch lies completely within the dry zone. The latch is preassembled on the side of a mounting plate facing an inside door panel and includes a sealing element which seals at least a portion of the latch area against moisture.
Abstract:
A plastic door module for a motor vehicle door includes interfaces for connecting or receiving functional elements of a motor vehicle door, such as window lifter rail and a speaker. The interface for connecting the window lifter rail is connected to the interface for receiving the speaker.
Abstract:
An armrest arrangement for a motor vehicle door is provided. The armrest arrangement comprising an armrest which is adjustable in a direction of adjustment, a guide device, at least one slide movably guided on the guide device in the direction of adjustment, at least one coupling element, via which the armrest is connected to the slide, a locking mechanism, by which the armrest may be locked in a previously set position of adjustment along the guide device, and a door lining, which extends two-dimensionally between the slide and the armrest and which is penetrated by the at least one coupling element. The locking mechanism being unlockable by a movement of the armrest in an unlocking direction. The armrest is mounted such that an unlocking movement of the armrest is coupled in the unlocking direction to a second movement by which the armrest is moved away from the door lining.
Abstract:
A plastic door module for a motor vehicle door comprising interfaces for connecting or receiving functional elements of a motor vehicle door, such as window lifter rail, speaker and the like. According to the invention an interface for connecting a window lifter rail being connected to the interface of the plastic door module for receiving the speaker.
Abstract:
Device for transferring mechanical setting movements and/or electrical signals between a door operating device (3) and a door closing device (4) of a motor vehicle door for the mechanical door functions opening/closing and locking/unlocking as well as for electrical lock functions. A one-piece coupling element (5) which is capable of translation and/or rotational displacement and which mechanically and/or electrically transfers both door functions between the door operating device (3) and the door closing device (4) is provided with at least one plug which can be connected to an electrical contacting site mounted on the door closing device (4) or on the support plate, wherein the control signals for both door functions can be transferred through the electrical contacting site or the control signals for one door function can be transferred through the electrical contacting site whilst the other door function can be transferred rotationally or in translation through the coupling element (5).
Abstract:
A device for blind mounting of window panes can be designed optionally as a friction locking or positive-locking fixing variation. The device for fixing a movable window pane on a window regulator of a motor vehicle preferably has a substantially U-shaped base member which is open for inserting the edge area of the window pane. Side arms, with a first side arm, of the device are connected together through a base, as well as with at least one locking element mounted displaceable and/or swivelling. When the window pane is inserted in a gap of the base member, the locking element is supported on one side with the first side arm and on the other side with a side face of the window pane. The locking element is mounted resiliently against the insert direction of the window pane and/or across the plane of the window pane wherein a displacement and/or swivel movement carried out in the direction of the spring force reduces the gap of the base member, or with the window pane inserted, increases the pressure of the locking element on the window pane.
Abstract:
In a drive apparatus for a swiveling swing-out element of a motor vehicle, in particular for a swing-out window, which is adjustable between an open position and a closed position, an adjusting lever that is flexurally elastic in the x direction in relation to the motor vehicle coordinate system is provided for compensating the swivel movement of the swing-out element.
Abstract:
An adjusting system for a motor vehicle door includes a window winder for adjusting a window, at least one guide area of the window winder for guiding the window along a direction of adjustment, a door lock and a lock support. The one guide area of the window winder and the lock support are fixedly connected to one another, such that the guide area and the lock support form a structural unit. The guide area which is combined with the lock support into a structural unit includes at least one overlap area for a lateral window edge of the window to be adjusted and a further guide area of the window winder is provided, which is extended in the direction of adjustment of the window, and is positively engaged with a carrier being forcibly guided along the direction of adjustment of the window to be adjusted.
