Abstract: A method for separating diastereomers of pristane. A pristane sample is prepared, and then injected into a chromatographic instrument equipped with a chiral chromatographic column, where a stationary phase of the chiral chromatographic column has a preset pore size. The pristane diastereomers in the pristane sample are separated by the chiral chromatographic column, and the components produced by the separation of the pristane diastereomers sequentially enter a mass spectrometer for detection and analysis.

Abstract: A soil sample purification device includes a liquid supplying mechanism and a liquid feeding mechanism. The liquid supplying mechanism includes fluid injection channels, a fluid collector, a mounting plate and fluid supplying boxes. The fluid supplying boxes are movably connected to the mounting plate, and are configured to respectively carry a single fluid material. The fluid collector is provided with a fluid collecting chamber, which is communicated with the fluid supplying boxes respectively via the fluid injection channels. The fluid supplying boxes are configured to move between a fully-loaded position and an unloaded position. The liquid feeding mechanism includes a liquid feeding box and a plugging member. The plugging member is movably provided on the liquid feeding box, and can move in a specified direction to block the outlet channel, or move in a direction opposite to the specified direction to unblock the outlet channel.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a rod-type pile foundation for preventing a pile body from being heaved and an operating method. The rod-type pile foundation comprises a base, a support block fixed inside the base, a support plate movably disposed at a top of the support block by a guide structure, and an anti-frost heaving component located at a lower portion of the support block. The anti-frost heaving component includes a first connecting rod rotationally connected with the support block and one or more telescopic rods. One end of each of the telescopic rods is fixed on the first connecting rod. A scraping plate is fixed at another end of each of the telescopic rods. The support plate is in transmission connection with the first connecting rod through a transmission component. The transmission component converts a vertical linear motion of the support plate into a rotation of the first connecting rod.

Abstract: A preparation method of a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) for separation and concentration of 4-methylsterane compounds is provided. A template molecule, a functional monomer, a porogen, an initiator and a cross-linking agent are mixed and subjected to polymerization to prepare a polymer with the template molecule, which is then treated to remove the template molecule, so as to give the desired MIP. The template molecule is β-sitosterol or deoxycholic acid. The obtained molecularly imprinted polymer has multiple stable hole structures and binding sites inside, and has memory and recognition functions for the 4-methylsterane compounds, exhibiting excellent specific adsorption performance. The MIP can contribute to the accurate identification of correlation between depositional environment and maturity of crude oils or source rocks. A molecularly imprinted polymer prepared by such method, a chromatographic column and an application thereof are also provided.
