摘要： Disclosed is a synthetic fiber treatment agent containing a phenol amine compound and a nonionic surfactant. The phenol amine compound is at least one selected from the group consisting of a compound formed from a phenol derivative, formaldehyde, and a polyamine compound and a compound obtained by reacting a boron-containing compound with a compound formed from a phenol derivative, formaldehyde, and a polyamine compound. The phenol derivative is a phenol in which a hydrocarbon group with a number average molecular weight of not less than 100 and not more than 2000 is modified.

Also disclosed is an elastic fiber treatment agent that contains at least one smoothing agent selected from the group consisting of mineral oils, silicone oils, and ester oils and at least one naturally derived ingredient selected from the group consisting of rosins and rosin derivatives. In one aspect, the smoothing agent includes a mineral oil and the mineral oil content of the smoothing agent (A) is 59.5% to 95% by mass.

摘要： The present invention addresses the problem of suitably suppressing fluffing during a spinning process. This method for producing a treatment agent for synthetic fibers, wherein the boron content in the nonvolatile content of the treatment agent for synthetic fibers as detected by ICP emission spectrometry is 200 ppm or less, comprises: an addition step wherein a (poly)oxyalkylene derivative is produced by adding an alkylene oxide to an alcohol in the presence of a catalyst that has a boron atom in each molecule; and a removal step wherein the catalyst is removed so that the boron content in the nonvolatile content of the treatment agent for synthetic fibers as detected by ICP emission spectrometry becomes 200 ppm or less.

摘要： The invention provides dispersing agents for inorganic fillers capable of uniformly dispersing inorganic fillers in a substrate such as made of a rubber or resin material such that molded products with improved mechanical strength and abrasion resistance can be produced from such a substrate material and more specifically that rubber compositions with improved abrasion resistance and workability can be obtained and that automobile tires with improved low fuel consumption and handling stability can be produced from such rubber compositions, as well as a method of producing such dispersing agents characterized as using a modified conjugated diene polymer obtained by introducing specified structural units with improved mutual reaction with inorganic fillers into a conjugated diene polymer having affinity with rubber and resin materials.
