Abstract:
The present invention relates to a capacitor-embedded PCB and a method of manufacturing the same. The capacitor-embedded PCB includes a dielectric layer, a lower electrode layer formed under the dielectric layer, and an upper electrode layer formed on the dielectric layer and configured to have at least one first blind via hole that is inwardly formed.
Abstract:
A backlight assembly includes a light source, a light guide plate, and a receiving container having a combination guide part. The coupling guide part is inwardly protruded with respect to the sidewalls of the receiving container. The coupling guide part corresponds with a guide recess on the light guide plate to guide the light guide plate to a proper position. The coupling guide part may also include a screw thread to couple the receiving container with an external case. Therefore, the receiving container may be easily coupled with the external case and the light guide plate may be guided to a proper position via the combination guide part to thereby simplify a manufacturing process of the backlight assembly and reduce its size.
Abstract:
A backlight assembly and an LCD apparatus are provided. The LCD apparatus has a light guide plate for guiding a light input through side surfaces and emitting the light through an emitting surface. The light guide plate has at least one fixing recess disposed on at least one side surface of the side surfaces. The light guide plate is received in a receiving container having at least one fixing protrusion corresponding to the fixing recess. Also, the receiving container has at least one engaging hole corresponding to the fixing protrusion and disposed on a sidewall thereof. The fixing protrusion fixes the light guide plate to the receiving container and provides a space on which the engaging hole is formed. Accordingly, it is able to reduce an entire size of the LCD apparatus and the LCD apparatus can be easily assembled.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a liquid crystal display apparatus in which a liquid crystal display module and cases are tightly combined. At least one protuberance formed on a top chassis of the liquid crystal display module combines at least one fixing portion formed on a portion of a rear case corresponding to the at least one protuberance. Also, a fixing protuberance formed on a portion of a front case is inserted into between the liquid crystal display module and the rear case, thereby preventing the liquid crystal display module from being moved. Therefore, the liquid crystal display module and the cases are tightly combined, and productivity of the liquid crystal display apparatus can increase by reducing the number of parts demanded for fabrication of the liquid crystal display module and the cases.
Abstract:
A liquid crystal display module in which a series of overlying sheets can be prevented from wrinkling by fixing the sheets to a mold frame using a fixing member such as the positioner and the earth clips without using the fixing tape and the sheets are provided with an appropriate level of thermal expansion space, thereby eliminating wrinkling. As a result, displaying performance of the LCD device can be significantly enhanced.
Abstract:
A rotatable fish hook is configured for attachment to a legacy fishing lure. The rotatable fish hook may comprise: a barb; an attachment piece for connecting the hook to a fishing lure; and a rotation mechanism, configured to rotationally isolate the barb from the connecting piece. The barb is free to rotate while the attachment piece remains stationary. The rotatable fish hook may comprise: a shank and a bend connected to the shank at a first end and the shank connected to the barb at a second end. The rotation mechanism is configured to rotationally isolate the shank, the bend and the barb from the attachment piece. The shank, the bend and the barb are free to rotate while the attachment piece remains stationary.
Abstract:
A method for correcting life patterns for providing feedback for an exercise program periodically or in real time is disclosed. The method of the present invention detects a starting point of a dynamic activity interval periodically or in real time by sensing movement of a user in daily life, and provides an exercise program for filling a deficient amount of activity compared to a target value in the detected activity interval when the starting point is detected. Therefore, the method of the present invention may simply provide feedback for an amount of activity of a pertinent interval at an actual starting point of the dynamic activity interval, and thus the user may effectively follow the provided exercise program for correcting life patterns.
Abstract:
A backlight assembly includes a light guide plate (LGP) having a stepped portion formed at a corner of the LGP, an optical sheet disposed over the LGP and a receiving container receiving the LGP and the optical sheet. The receiving container includes a bottom plate, first through fourth sidewalls and a first LGP fixing portion. The second sidewall is adjacent to the first sidewall. The third sidewall faces the first sidewall. The fourth sidewall faces the second sidewall. The first through fourth sidewalls are extended upwardly from edge portions of the bottom plate. The first LGP fixing portion is formed at the first sidewall such that the LGP fixing portion corresponds to the stepped portion of the LGP. Therefore, a display device is easily assembled. Furthermore, a defilement that may occur during an assembling process may be reduced to enhance productivity.
Abstract:
Provided is a method of manufacturing a wire grid polarizer in which a stable color coordinate can be implemented. According to the present invention, in a process where a second grid pattern of metal pattern is formed over a first grid pattern made of resin material, metal layer is deposited in a concave portion formed between adjacent first grid patterns to form void portion and a width and a height of the second grid pattern are adjusted depending on adjustment of a width of the voids, and thereby improving a process efficiency.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wire grid polarizer capable of securing a high brightness and reducing the number of processes, a liquid crystal device including the wire grid polarizer, and a method of manufacturing the wire grid polarizer. According to the present invention, the wire grid polarizer, including first grids arranged in parallel at certain intervals over a substrate and second grids formed on the first grids, can be formed using only an imprint process, a deposition process, and a wet etch process. Accordingly, the number of processes and the process costs and time can be reduced, and high reliability can be guaranteed.
