摘要: A crankshaft has eccentric holes communicating with each other. The eccentric hole extends in the axial direction of the crankshaft from one end surface of the crankshaft and is disposed so as to be eccentric in the same direction as a cam section. The eccentric hole extends in the axial direction of the crankshaft from the other end surface of the crankshaft and is disposed so as to be eccentric in the direction of the eccentricity of a cam section. A centrifugal force due to the rotation of the crankshaft generates a force couple about an axis which is perpendicular to the axis of the crankshaft. The force couple is reduced by the eccentric holes. The cam sections are arranged around the axis of rotation with the phases shifted by 180 degrees from each other. As a result, a translational force acting in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the crankshaft is also reduced.

摘要: A planetary gear mechanism of the invention includes a housing, an input shaft that has an eccentric portion whose center lies on an eccentric axis, and is rotatable about the axis of input and output shafts relative to the housing, an oscillating face plate that eccentrically oscillates relative to the input shaft via the eccentric portion, and rotates about the eccentric axis, and an output shaft that is provided with a second internally toothed gear that internally contacts and meshes with a second externally toothed gear formed on the oscillating face plate, and is rotatable about the axis of the input and output shafts relative to the housing. The housing is formed with a first internally toothed gear that internally contacts and meshes with a first externally toothed gear formed on the oscillating face plate. As the input shaft rotates, a circumferential position at which each externally toothed gear meshes with the corresponding internally toothed gear changes, and rotation of the input shaft is transmitted at a reduced speed to the oscillating face plate, of which rotation is delivered at a further reduced speed to the output shaft.

摘要: A housing is provided with a partition wall portion that partitions an inner space of the housing into an electric motor accommodating space and a speed reducer accommodating space. The partition wall portion fixes a gear that constitutes a speed reducer. In addition, the partition wall portion has a housing boss portion, and an inner stator is fixed to the housing boss portion. Thus, heat generated by the inner stator is dissipated to the outside through the housing boss portion and the partition wall portion.

摘要: Optical waveguides, lens arrays and laser collecting devices are disclosed. The optical waveguide is formed with an output surface which is made smaller in dimension in a fast axis direction than an input surface. The waveguide collects in the fast axis direction plural laser beams output from plural laser emitting parts arranged in the fast axis direction and outputs from the output surface. The entrance surface of the optical waveguide is provided with first lenses to correspond respectively to the plural laser emitting parts. Each of the first lenses is located to be offset first predetermined distances from a corresponding one of the laser emitting parts in the beam traveling direction and in said fast axis direction, and the first predetermined distances are determined for each of the first lens in taking into account the focal length of each first lens and an angle which each first lens makes with the output surface of the waveguide.
