Abstract:
A Kimchi storage facility having a non-contact power supply device is provided. The Kimchi storage facility includes a main body provided with a storage room storing Kimchi, and a mechanic room where a power supply is installed, a door opening and closing the storage room, and a non-contact power supply device which is installed between the door and the main body, to supply power by an electromagnetic induction. A magnetic levitation unit is provided in a fan accommodation case and rotated in a magnetic levitation rotating manner by induced current supplied via the non-contact power supply device, to thus forcedly circulate cooled air in the storage room. Here, a rotating fan is installed in the lower portion of the door at the state where the rotating fan is accommodated in the fan accommodation case, or a driving motor and a fan which are connected with the non-contact power supply device by wire are installed in the lower portion of the door. Thus, the rotating fan is rotated in a magnetic levitation rotation manner, or the driving motor is driven to make the fan rotate, by the induced current supplied via the non-contact power supply device. Accordingly, the cooled air in the storage room can be forcedly circulated to thus improve deviation of temperature in the storage facility.
Abstract:
A hinge assembly for a door of a kimchi storage device is disclosed. The hinge assembly has a support member 60 including a first contact surface 62a sloping down on the upper surface thereof and a second contact surface 62b sloping down thereon next to the first contact surface 62a and prevents the door 5 from coming off the upper surface of the body 6 of the kimchi storage device by maintaining the closed position of the door tightly and prevents cold air leakage by maintaining a sealed state. Also, in an embodiment of the present invention, a hinge housing 70 has a guard portion 71 formed at an upper end portion thereof, the guard portion 71 having an inwardly curved shape and being extended from the upper end of the hinge housing 70 toward inside of the turn member 20, thereby covering a gap formed in a conjunction area between the hinge housing 70 and the turn member 20.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses a compound type kimchi storage device including an upper storage tank of an upper open/shut type and a lower storage tank of a front slide open/shut type as storage tanks for storing foods. The kimchi storage device for ripening and storing foods such as kimchi by selectively operating a compressor and a heater, includes: a casing composing an outward form of the device; at least one upper storage tank disposed at the inside of the casing for providing at least one upper storage chamber, an insulating material being filled between the casing and the storage tank; a door disposed at one side of the casing for opening and shutting the upper storage chamber; a drawer-type lower storage tank disposed below the upper storage tank for providing a lower storage chamber, a sidewall being positioned between the upper and lower storage tanks; and a driving chamber positioned adjacently to the lower storage tank, a compressor being installed in the driving chamber.
Abstract:
A handler tray may include a tray body and a socket. The tray body may be configured to receive an object. The tray body with the object may be transferred to a test board. The tray body may be selectively interposed between the object and the test board to supply a test current from the test board to external terminals of the object. The socket may be formed on the tray body. The socket may electrically make contact with the external terminals of the object. Thus, a pick-up robot and an insert may be unnecessary, so that a test system and method of testing the object may have an optimally available space.
Abstract:
Disclosed is combination structure of a guide rail member for a kimchi storage device which includes guide grooves for guiding guide rail members formed at both lower sides of a drawer-type inner case for storage of vegetables, a hooking protrusion elongated from one side of the guide groove, and a fixing member for screwing an upper end of the hooking protrusion to maintain a certain space between a lower end of the hooking protrusion and the guide groove, in which one side of a lower end of the fixing member is integrated to one side of the guide rail member so that the inner case integrated to the guide rail member may be smoothly opened and closed though the inner case is partially deformed due to the pressure of insulating materials put outside the inner case.
