The method includes sensing a shake via an inertial sensor comprised in the digital photographing apparatus, and calculating a first shake value; comparing the first shake value with a predetermined threshold value and, when the first shake value is greater than the predetermined threshold value, driving an OIS (optical image stabilizer); detecting an edge component of an image of a target subject, wherein the image is input via an imaging device of the digital photographing apparatus, and calculating a second shake value from a difference value between edge values of sequential frames of the input image; and comparing the second shake value with the first shake value, and according to a result of the comparing, controlling a shake of the target subject to be corrected.

As a first image and a second image that is input by minutely adjusting a photographing direction from the first image are captured by using a pre-mounted handshake correction module, the second image that is accurately continuous from the first image may be obtained. As such, highly reliable panorama shooting may be enabled and an ultra-wide-angle image having a viewing angle greater than that of a currently mounted lens may be obtained without exchanging the currently mounted lens for an expensive lens used in wide-angle shooting.

    摘要: Provided are an RFID operating system and an RFID system operating method for allowing multiple RFID readers to read tags without collision. The RFID system operating method includes the steps of grouping RFID readers spaced apart by more than a spacing distance capable of avoiding collision between RFID readers into a single group to determine at least one group, classifying RPM readers included in each group into at least one sub-group based on a read time of each RFID reader, and driving the RFID readers such that RPM readers belonging to at least two different sub-groups that do not collide with each other simultaneously operate. According to the present invention, switching is performed sub-group by sub-group to reduce the number of switching operations and sub-groups can simultaneously operate to decrease a read time.

The trench DMOS device has a gate oxide layer which has a substantially flattened thick portion in the bottom of the trench and which is relatively thinner on the sidewalls. In greater detail, the trench DMOS device comprises a trench formed in a semiconductor substrate, said trench having sidewalls and a bottom, a gate polysilicon layer filled into said trench, and a gate oxide layer formed between said gate polysilicon layer and the sidewalls and bottom of said trench, wherein a bottom part of said gate oxide layer has a thickness greater than both sidewall parts thereof, and a central region of said bottom part is substantially flattened with a thickness greater than boundary regions thereof.
