Abstract: An autoinjector having a lower body receiving a tank containing fluid product and a piston and a needle. The autoinjector including a central body fastened to the lower body and an actuating sleeve provided with a contact end that contacts the body of the user, the actuating sleeve moveable between a projected position and an actuation position. The actuating sleeve is in a projected position prior to and after actuation of the autoinjector, an injection mechanism is provided to inject the fluid product through the needle when the needle is in an injection position in which it is inserted in the body of the user. The autoinjector includes a tank movement device to move the needle towards the injection position, the tank movement device triggering the injection mechanism only after the needle has reached its injection position.

The lower axial edge (111) of the central axial sleeve is deformed after assembly of the push member and the spring in order to produce a retention collar of the push member and form a pre-assembled subassembly that is fixed to the body.

Abstract: An autoinjector having a body (1) and an actuator sleeve (10) having a first projecting position before actuation and a second projecting position after actuation. The actuator sleeve or the body has a flexible tab (110) that deforms laterally when the actuator sleeve moves from its first projecting position to its actuated position, then from its actuated position to return to its second projecting position. The other of the actuator sleeve and the body has an initial zone (102), an intermediate zone (105), and a final reception zone (106) co-operating with the flexible tab in the first projecting position, actuated position, and second projecting position, respectively. The final reception zone is offset laterally from the initial zone. A deformable axial wall (1020) deforms allowing the flexible tab to pass from the initial zone to the intermediate zone and guides it from the intermediate zone to the final reception zone.

Abstract: An autoinjector having a body (1; 2), a reservoir (S), a piston (P), a needle (A), and a piston rod (5) co-operating with the piston. The piston rod is movable between a first rest position, a second pricking position, and a third injection position. An actuator spring (6) is provided to urge the piston rod towards its pricking position and then towards its injection position. A force-adjustment system (7, 8) exerts a force (F1, F2) on the piston rod (5). The force (F1) opposes the force exerted by the actuator spring at the end of pricking to decrease the force exerted on the reservoir by the piston rod at the end of pricking, and the force (F2) adding to the force exerted by the actuator spring at the beginning of injection, to amplify the force exerted on the piston by the piston rod at the beginning of injection.

Abstract: An autoinjector that receives a pre-filled syringe, having a central body and an actuator sleeve provided with one end that comes into contact with the user. The actuator sleeve can be moved between projecting and actuation positions and it is in the projecting position prior to and following the actuation of the autoinjector.
