    摘要: In an automatic printing plate exposure device, when temporarily positioning a printing plate, a position of the printing plate in a temporary direction is determined by the printing plate abutting a pair of positioning pins. When actually positioning the printing plate in an exposure section, a position of the printing plate in an actual direction is determined by the printing plate abutting a pair of positioning pins. An angle of inclination in the temporary direction with respect to a front is set smaller than an angle of inclination in the actual direction. When positioning the printing plate, a position at which the printing plate abuts the pair of positioning pins and a reference pin, and a position at which the printing plate abuts the pair of positioning pins and the reference pin at a time of positioning in the exposure section, substantially coincide.

    摘要: A perforation and image exposure system comprises an image exposure apparatus and a punch unit. The image exposure apparatus has a first reference pin for defining a lateral position of a plate through contacting with one side edge of the plate contacting a pair of first positioning pins, and image exposure means for exposing the image into the plate subjected to positioning by the pair of first positioning pins and the first reference pin. The punch unit has a second reference pin for defining a lateral position of the plate through contacting with one side edge of the plate contacting a pair of second positioning pins, and perforation means for forming punched holes for positioning on the plate subjected to positioning by the pair of second positioning pins and the second reference pin. The image exposure apparatus and the punch unit keep relative positions of three pins of the pair of first positioning pins and the first reference pin and relative positions of three pins of the pair of second positioning pins and the second reference pin at same positions.

    摘要: A large output discharge lamp comprising rod-like electrodes having confronting ends defining therebetween the discharge gap and being disposed in a bulb body. The other ends of the electrodes extend sealingly into two oppositely extending side tube which are integrally formed with the bulb body. Molybdenum foils are connected respectively with the electrodes and disposed and sealed respectively in the side tubes. A plate is conveyed in a predetermined first direction so that the plate is in contact with a pair of first positioning pins. The plate is laterally moved contacting with the first positioning pins until reference positions displaced from contacting positions of the plate with the first positioning pins contact with the first positioning pins. A predetermined first processing is applied to the plate. The plate subjected to the first processing is conveyed in a predetermined second direction so that the plate is in contact with a pair of second positioning pins in positions different from the reference positions of front edge of the plate. The plate contacting with the second positioning pins is laterally moved until the same positions as the reference positions contact with the second positioning pins.

    摘要: A device for positioning a sheet-shaped material by providing a plurality of pairs of pins on a conveying path. Printing plate precursors are classified, on the basis of widths thereof, into large-sized and small-sized. Two pairs of positioning pins are provided for each size, and are disposed so as to be offset in a direction of conveying a printing plate precursor toward a rotating drum. A width of a small-sized printing plate precursor is smaller than a pitch dimension of a pair of positioning pins for large-sized printing plate precursors. Therefore, the small-sized printing plate precursor abuts and is positioned by positioning pins for small-sized printing plate precursors which are provided further ahead. Moreover, a large-sized printing plate precursor directly abuts and is positioned by the positioning pins for large-sized printing plate precursors, so as not to be interfered with by the positioning pins for small-sized printing plate precursors.

    摘要: A rotating drum in which, when the rotating drum is rotated at high speed, there is no offset between divisional drum parts, there is little imbalance, and a moment of inertia for rotation is small. A drum main body is divided into four drum parts whose cross-sectional configurations orthogonal to an axis are fan-shaped. Female projecting portions and male projecting portions are formed at a pitch dimension having a predetermined fit-together tolerance. Thus, the drum parts can be assembled together with a certain amount of leeway at a time of assembly. After the four drum parts have been assembled together, wires are press-fit in from an end surface side of the drum main body so as to tightly fasten the drum parts. Because the assembled drum main body defines configurations of the drum parts to have point symmetry, imbalance can be made small.
