    摘要: A scroll compressor that suffers no decrease in compression performance due to leakage resulting from a twisting assembly error is provided. This scroll compressor includes a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll, each including a spiral wrap protruding from an end plate and having the same tooth thickness (Tr) and the same base-circle radius (b) defining an involute surface. The fixed scroll and the orbiting scroll are offset from each other by an orbiting radius (ρ) and mesh such that the respective wraps face each other with a phase shift of 180°. The orbiting scroll revolves/orbits along a circular orbit with the orbiting radius (ρ) to compress a gas while a rotation-preventing mechanism prevents rotation of the orbiting scroll. The relationship between the involute surfaces of the spiral wraps of the two scrolls and the dimensions, dimensional tolerance, and assembly standards of the rotation-preventing mechanism are determined so that the median value of an allowable angle of rotation (φ) agrees with an upright position of the orbiting scroll.

    摘要: A compressor assembled under desirable working conditions at a low cost is disclosed. In the compressor, the first rolling bearing for permitting axial movement of the shaft is inserted into the first housing from the side where the compression mechanism is to be provided, and the second rolling bearing for restricting axial movement of the shaft is inserted into the first housing from the other side where the driving source is to be provided. The shaft is inserted into the first housing from the side where the compression mechanism is to be provided. A seal member is further provided between the rolling bearings for sealing an area between the insertion hole and the shaft, wherein the seal member is inserted into the insertion hole of the first housing from the side where the compression mechanism is to be provided before the shaft is inserted into the insertion hole.

    摘要: A lenticular lens sheet that is bonded to a front faceplate and used in a rear projection type screen is disclosed. The lenticular lens sheet has a plurality of lenticular lenses arranged on one surface of a light-transmitting substrate, and projecting non-convergence parts arranged on the other surface of the light-transmitting substrate in positions different to positions of convergence of light from the lenticular lenses. An external light absorbing layer that absorbs external light is provided on a summit portion of each of the projecting non-convergence parts. Also, the lenticular lens sheet and the front faceplate are bonded together at the summit portions of the projecting non-convergence parts using an adhesive, and the width of adhesive layers formed through curing of the adhesive is less than the width of the external light absorbing layers. Consequently, the adverse effects caused by blockage of light are prevented.

With this arrangement, there can be provided a long member bending apparatus having a simple structure capable of bending a pipe member, a bar member, a strip member that has an asymmetric cross section, and the like.
