摘要: A cushion member for use in a vehicle seat is disclosed. In this cushion member, a block body formed of a soft foam material is embedded centrally of the bottom portion of a main body of the present cushion member which is formed of a harder foam material. The block body includes side walls that are not integrally connected to the main body, or separated from the main body by hardening/impregnation preventive means, while the upper wall of the block body oriented in a perpendicular direction relative to applied loads is welded integrally to the main body by means of a hardened/impregnated layer produced during formation of the main body. With the present cushion, therefore, loads applied to the cushion member are distributed over the entire block body, and at the same time the main body will not be deformed when the cushion member itself is deformed as the loads are applied thereto.

摘要: A tape type binding apparatus includes a cutter portion formed in a U-shape inside which a paper staple is held, a paper table formed with a drawing hole through which cutter blades of the cutter portion can be inserted, a pair of pressing members arranged on respective sides of the drawing hole, and a pressing piece arranged below the center of the drawing hole. The cutter blades and leg portions of the paper staple penetrate a stack of sheets placed on the paper table by moving down the cutter portion, the pair of pressing members folds the leg portions of the paper staple to inner sides by moving toward the center of the drawing hole through rectangular holes formed on respective cutter blades, and the pressing piece presses and bonds the folded leg portions by relatively moving up with respect to the paper table.

摘要: The invention is directed to prevention of interference of an operation of mounting proper electronic components and improvement of usability without reduction of a manufacturing speed of printed boards. Suction states of electronic components held by suction by suction nozzles are detected by a line sensor unit. When the detection result shows that there is an improper electronic component, the improper electronic component is disposed of, and after the disposal a component recognition camera takes images of electronic components judged proper as a result of the detection and a recognition processing device performs a recognition process. When the recognition result shows that there is an improper electronic component, the improper electronic component is disposed of, and after the disposal only electronic components judged proper as a result of the recognition are mounted on a printed board.

摘要: A method of making a digital photograph composed of a moving water element and still element by applying a known computer image processing system, and a digital photograph made by this method, involves taking a basic photograph indicating a realistic image of still elements and photographs taken by applying a series of shutter speeds. A series of digital images corresponding to the above-mentioned photographs are indicated on a monitor of the processing system, and an image indicating a realistic image of the moving water element is selected from the series of digital images. A color matching operation is them applied to the selected digital image whereby a final digital image having a still element substantially color matched to that of the basic photograph and a realistic image of a moving water element is indicated on the monitor, and thereafter a realistic digital photograph is printed based upon the final image.

摘要: An electronic component mounting apparatus is configured to adjust a positional relationship between two axes when an error occurs in the positional relationship between the axes when a beam is moved by two drive sources. According to movement of the beam for component picking and mounting operations, linear scale signals from linear scale reading heads are inputted to a Y2 driver and a Y1 driver, respectively. Each of the Y2 driver and the Y1 driver calculates a difference between positions of the drive axes of the beam and controls a moving member of a linear motor based on the difference so as to increase thrust of one drive axis when the one drive axis is in a more backward position than another drive axis and to reduce the thrust of one drive axis when the one drive axis in a more forward position than another drive axis.

摘要: Positions of attachment of door-side hinge arms (2) of doors (Df, Dr) are previously determined. At a temporary door-fixing step (b, c) before coating, positions of hinge positioning and retaining means (30fa, 30fb; 30ra, 30rb) of a door hinge-assembling jig (J) set at a predetermined position on an automobile body (B) are adjusted, while taking account of the correction of the ill-fitting such as an inclination of the door due to its own weight or the like to be generated when the door (Df, Dr) will be attached to the automobile body (B) at a final door-attaching step (g) after the coating, and body-side hinge arms (1) of door hinges (Hfa, Hfb; Hra, Hrb) retained on the hinge positioning and retaining means (30fa, 30fb; 30ra, 30rb) are attached to the automobile body (B). Thus, the final attachment of the doors can be conducted properly without correction of any ill-fitting of the door after equipping.
