摘要: A heat-dissipating fan housing includes a casing having a compartment with an impeller section, a stationary blade section, and an airflow concentration section arranged from an air inlet toward an air outlet spaced from the air inlet in an axial direction. A mounting portion is received in the compartment, and an impeller is rotatably coupled to the mounting portion for driving airflows. Stationary blades are interconnected between the casing and the mounting portion and are received in the stationary blade section. Each stationary blade includes a first edge facing the air inlet and a second edge facing the air outlet. The airflow concentration section is between the second edge of each stationary blade and the air outlet in the axial direction. The airflow concentration section concentrates the airflows after passing through the stationary blades. The noise is reduced, the wind pressure is increased, and less electricity is consumed.

摘要: A rotor for a motor includes a shaft having an outer periphery with an engaging portion. At least one coupling member includes an engaging hole. The shaft extends through the engaging hole of the at least one coupling member. The at least one coupling member is engaged with the engaging portion of the shaft by tight coupling. A plastic magnet envelops the shaft and the at least one coupling member by injection molding. The at least one coupling member prevents the plastic magnet from disengaging from the shaft, providing enhanced engaging effect while reducing structural complexity and enhancing assembling convenience.

摘要: A fan system including a motor with a coil, a storage unit, a driver, and a buffer circuit is provided. The coil module has a first connection terminal and a second connection terminal. The storage unit electrically couples with a voltage source, stores electrical energy when the voltage source is available, and releases the stored electrical energy to carry out a brake operation when the voltage source is unavailable. The driver electrically couples with the first and second connection terminals of the coil module to control a direction of an inductor current passing through the coil module. The buffer circuit electrically couples with the coil module. In the brake operation, the buffer circuit operates to form a transient potential between the first and second connection terminals of the coil module and to consume electrical energy of the inductor current, for gradually stopping the motor in a buffering time period.

The housing and the heat dissipater together define a compartment in communication with the first and second air guiding portions. A cooling fan is mounted to the fixing portion of the base. A circuit board is mounted in the compartment and electrically connected to the lighting element and the cooling fan. The circuit board is electrically connected to an electrically conductive member having an end extending out from the housing.

摘要: A heat dissipating assembly includes a circuit board having opposite first and second faces. The circuit board further includes a through-hole extending from the first face through the second face. A heat generating element is mounted on the first face of the circuit board and electrically coupled to the circuit board. The heat generating element includes a heat conducting portion aligned with the through-hole. A heat dissipating unit includes a base having an engaging face in contact with the second face of the circuit board. A heat conducting adhesive is filled in the through-hole. The heat conducting adhesive is engaged with the engaging face of the base and the heat conducting portion of the heat generating element. The heat generating element is directly engaged with the heat dissipating unit by the heat conducting adhesive to effectively enhance the overall heat dissipating efficiency while reducing the number of members to lower the manufacturing costs.
