Abstract:
Systems and methods for efficiently navigating between applications with linked content on a touch-sensitive display (“TSD”) are disclosed herein. In one aspect, the method includes displaying, in a full-screen mode on the TSD, a first application including a first selectable user interface (“UI”) element associated with a second application. The method further includes detecting a selection of the first selectable user interface element and, in response thereto: (i) displaying the second application, including a second selectable UI element, in a predefined portion of the TSD and (ii) displaying a first indication corresponding to the first application in an additional portion of the TSD. The method also includes detecting a selection of the second selectable UI element and, in response thereto: (i) displaying the third application in the predefined portion of the TSD and (ii) displaying a second indication corresponding to the second application in the additional portion of the TSD.
Abstract:
A computer system detects a first event. In response to detecting the first event: if first criteria are met as a result of the first event, wherein the first criteria require that the orientation of the display generation component is a first orientation, and that the computer system is charging, in order for the first criteria to be met, the computer system displays a first customizable user interface that was not displayed prior to detecting the first event; and, if the first criteria are not met as a result of the first event, the computer system forgoes displaying the first customizable user interface.
Abstract:
The present disclosure generally relates to techniques for a displaying a user interface including a visual indication that an electronic device is in a protective charging mode. While the electronic device is in a charging configuration with respect to an external power source, an energy-storage component of the electronic device is charged with power supplied by the external power source. After charging the energy-storage component, a user interface is displayed. When charging of the energy-storage component is stopped before reaching a full charge level, the user interface includes a visual indication that the electronic device is in a protective charging mode in which charging of the energy-storage component is delayed based on predetermined criteria.
Abstract:
At a computer system, display a first user interface that includes a placement location that is configured to spatially accommodate a respective user interface object of a plurality of user interface objects corresponding to different applications. The plurality of user interface objects includes a first user interface object corresponding to a first application, and a second user interface object corresponding to a second application different from the first application. The first user interface object corresponding to the first application is displayed at the placement location. The computer system detects an occurrence of an event associated with a change in status of the second application corresponding to the second user interface object. In response, the first user interface object is ceased to be displayed at the placement location, and the first user interface with the second user interface object is displayed at the placement location.
Abstract:
A computer system displays a first user interface for changing a wake user interface. While displaying the first user interface, the device displays a first representation of the wake user interface and a first representation of a home user interface. The first representation of the wake user interface corresponds to first user interface settings including a first wake user interface background. The first representation of the home user interface corresponds to first home user interface settings including a first home user interface background. The system detects selection of a respective representation of the wake user interface. When the first representation of the wake user interface is selected, the system sets the wake user interface to the first wake user interface settings and sets the home user interface of the computer system to the first home user interface settings.
Abstract:
A computer system displays a first version of a first user interface that includes first user interface objects displayed concurrently with a first background. The first user interface objects include content from a first plurality of applications. In response to detecting a first input, when the first input includes movement in a first direction, the system replaces display of the first version of the first user interface with a second user interface that includes representations of a second plurality of applications. When the first input includes second movement in a second direction, the system replaces display of the first version of the first user interface with display of a second version of the first user interface that includes second user interface objects displayed with a second background. The second user interface objects correspond to a third plurality of applications and include content from the third plurality of applications.

Abstract:
An electronic device having a display, radio frequency (RF) circuitry, and one or more input devices, displays a first user interface on the display. While displaying the first user interface, the electronic device detects a pairing request to pair a first peripheral with the electronic device. In response to detecting the pairing request, the electronic device pairs the first peripheral with the electronic device, and after the first peripheral is paired with the electronic device, the electronic device concurrently displays status information of the first peripheral and a second peripheral, wherein the first peripheral is coupled to the second peripheral, or the first peripheral and second peripheral are both coupled to a third peripheral.
