摘要: Aspects of the disclosure relate to machine learning based automated management of a user account. A computing platform may determine, via a computing device and based on historical user activity of a user, a pattern of the user activity. Subsequently, the computing platform may detect a deviation from the pattern of the user activity. Then, the computing platform may identify an anticipated transaction of the user. Then, the computing platform may retrieve, from a repository of user data, one or more user-defined preference rules associated with the anticipated transaction. Then, the computing platform may determine whether the one or more preference rules apply to one or more attributes of the anticipated transaction. Subsequently, the computing platform may trigger, based on a determination that the one or more preference rules apply to the one or more attributes of the anticipated transaction, an action associated with the anticipated transaction.

摘要: Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for detecting and preventing malfeasant activity via use of satellite communications. The method includes receiving a transfer request relating to a transfer to be completed associated with a user. The method also includes receiving transfer device data packet(s) from an end-point device via a satellite network. The transfer device data packet(s) includes device information associated with the end-point device. The method further includes determining a malfeasance value based on a comparison of the transfer request and the transfer device data packet(s). The malfeasance value corresponds to a likelihood of a malfeasant activity relating to the transfer request. The method still further includes causing an execution of an elevated action in an instance in which the malfeasance value is equal to or above a malfeasance threshold. The elevated action is an action in which the transfer is delayed or cancelled.

摘要: Various aspects of the disclosure relate to distributed ledger computing systems and customizing tokens for securing and facilitating transactions recorded in the distributed ledger. A token customization module may be used to build customized controls into a token for use in a blockchain system. The token customization module may personalize or otherwise customize rules based on requirements of a user's particular use of the distributed ledger system. The customized rules may be used to trigger alerting behavior, prevent and/or automate particular transactions, provide geofencing and/or regional restrictions for transactions of a specified type, among others. Once built, the rules may be incorporated into the tokens and immutably memorialized in the distributed ledger. The customized tokens may be associated with or incorporate a smart contract to layer additional functionality.

摘要: A user device is provided. The user device is configured to detect that a user is in a foreign region outside a home region of the user, wherein the user is registered with a home processor located within the home region of the user. The user device provides a recommendation to the user of one or more partner processors located within the foreign region, wherein each of the one or more partner processors has a predetermined association with the home processor. The user device receives a selection of a partner processor selected by the user from the one or more partner processors. The user device authenticates a data processing transaction at the selected partner processor by verifying an identity of the user and initiates the data processing transaction at the selected partner processor after the authentication.

摘要: Apparatus and methods are provided for executing a rules-based authentication of an electronic transaction. The method may include receiving first and second payment authorization parameters and second payment authorization parameters. The method may also include receiving from a Point of Sale device a request for payment information and a purchase amount. The method may also include, determining if first or second parameters are satisfied. The first parameters may include a first time range, a pairing of the electronic device to a first apparatus, a first geolocation of the electronic device, and a first maximum transaction value. The second parameters may include a second time range, a pairing of the electronic device to a second apparatus, a second geolocation of the electronic device, and a second maximum transaction value, wherein the second time range does not include the first time range.

摘要: A system includes memory operable to store instructions and processing circuitry operable to execute the instructions. The system accesses previous data processing transactions associated with a first account of a user, wherein at least one of the previous data processing transactions are transacted using a first routing between a first computing system and a second computing system. The system further determines, using machine learning, a pattern from the previous data processing transactions and determines an upcoming data processing transaction corresponding to the pattern. The system further compares the upcoming data processing transaction to a data item associated with the first account and determines a second routing between the second computing system and a third computing system. The system further transacts, based on the comparison of the upcoming data processing transaction to the data item, the upcoming data processing transaction using either the first routing or the second routing.

摘要: Aspects of the disclosure relate to detecting usage issues on enterprise systems and dynamically providing user assistance. In some embodiments, a computing platform may receive, from an automated teller system, user presence information indicating that a user has been detected at an automated teller machine associated with the automated teller system. Subsequently, the computing platform may identify, based on the user presence information received from the automated teller system, that the user has a need for assistance with the automated teller machine associated with the automated teller system. In response to identifying that the user has the need for assistance, the computing platform may generate and send one or more commands directing the automated teller machine associated with the automated teller system to execute one or more automated assistance actions corresponding to the need for assistance.

摘要: Aspects of the disclosure relate to automated redistribution of queries to underutilized channels. A computing platform may monitor user traffic for one or more customer service communication channels. Subsequently, the computing platform may identify estimated wait times for a plurality of users to be served via the one or more channels. Then, the computing platform may initiate, via an intelligent virtual assistant, a communication with a given user of the plurality of users. Then, the computing platform may receive, via the intelligent virtual assistant, one or more attributes of a query of the given user. Then, the computing platform may select a channel of the one or more channels. Then, the computing platform may provide, to an enterprise agent associated with the selected channel, the one or more attributes of the query. Subsequently, the computing platform may direct the given user to the selected channel.

摘要: Aspects of the disclosure relate to a cognitive automation based vendor compliance system. A computing platform may monitor, via an enterprise network, use of a software product hosted by an enterprise computing infrastructure. Subsequently, the computing platform may determine a product usage score, where the product usage score is indicative of a number network devices using the software product. Then, the computing platform may determine, for the software product, a product performance score, where the product performance score is indicative of one or more performance issues associated with the software product. Then, the computing platform may compare, for the software product, at least one of: (1) the product usage score to a product usage threshold, and (2) the product performance score to a product performance threshold. Subsequently, the computing platform may recommend, based on the comparing, one or more actions associated with the software product.
