    Abstract: A display panel includes a light-emitting substrate, an opposite substrate, and an intermediate layer assembly between the light-emitting substrate and the opposite substrate. The light-emitting substrate has a light-emitting surface configured to allow light to be emitted from, and the light emitted from the light-emitting surface is directed to the opposite substrate. The intermediate layer assembly includes a thin film encapsulation layer, a filler layer, and an overcoat that are sequentially stacked in a pointing direction vertically pointing from the light-emitting substrate to the opposite substrate. The thin film encapsulation layer includes at least two encapsulation sub-layers that are stacked in the pointing direction. In the pointing direction, refractive indexes of the encapsulation sub-layers gradually increase. A refractive index of the overcoat is higher than a refractive index of the filler layer.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a shift register unit, and driving method therefor, a gate drive circuit, and a display device, belonging to the field of display technologies. The shift register unit includes an input circuit, a compensation control circuit, and an output circuit. The input circuit can control a potential of a first node under control of an input signal provided by an input signal terminal and control a potential of a reference node under control of the input signal and an input control signal provided by an input control terminal. The compensation control circuit can adjust the potential of the first node based on the potential of the reference node under control of a first clock signal provided by a first clock signal terminal. In this way, the flexibility of controlling the first node is improved. Thus, the output circuit can flexibly output a drive signal to an output terminal coupled to a gate line under control of the first node.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an OLED substrate and a fabrication method thereof, and a display panel. The method for fabricating an OLED substrate includes: forming an auxiliary cathode in a display region on a base substrate; forming an organic material functional layer in the display region on the base substrate where the auxiliary cathode is formed; applying a voltage to the auxiliary cathode to deform the auxiliary cathode, such that the organic material functional layer is ruptured by the deformed auxiliary cathode to form a connection channel; and forming a cathode in the display region on the base substrate where the organic material functional layer is formed.     Abstract: A conductive pattern structure is provided by the embodiment of present disclosure. The conductive pattern structure includes: a first metal pattern and a second metal pattern. The second metal pattern covers at least a portion of a side surface of the first metal pattern; and an activity of a metal material of the first metal pattern is weaker than an activity of a metal material of the second metal pattern.     Abstract: An array substrate, a method for fabricating the same and a display device are disclosed. The array substrate includes a substrate, and a first insulating layer and a thin film transistor which are arranged on the substrate in this order. The first insulating layer includes a colored region which is configured to absorb light. An orthographic projection of the colored region on the substrate at least covers an orthographic projection of the active layer of the thin film transistor on the substrate. By arranging the colored region of the first insulating layer, the light with a short wavelength from an external light source is absorbed. Thus, a channel of the active layer is protected, stable performance of a device is realized, and a service life of the device is prolonged.
