    Abstract: An inspection device includes: a driving circuit, configured to input display data of an image to a pixel electrode of the array substrate; a light-emitting device comprising a first electrode, a second electrode, and a plurality of light-emitting units arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode, and the plurality of light-emitting units is capable of emitting light under the effect of an electric field between the first electrode and the second electrode; a test circuit, configured to electrically connect the first electrode of the light-emitting device to the pixel electrode of the array substrate, and input a first electrical signal to the second electrode of the light-emitting device, to generate the electric field; and a processing circuit, configured to acquire optical information of the light emitted by the light-emitting device, and determine whether there is an electrical defect in the array substrate according to the optical information.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device. The display substrate includes a base substrate, a plurality of groups of scanning lines extending along a first direction and arranged along a second direction, and a reference signal line extending along the second direction at an end of each scanning line, and an orthogonal projection of the reference signal line onto the base substrate does not overlap with an orthogonal projection of each scanning line onto the base substrate.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for manufacturing a display panel, a display panel and a to-be-cut display panel, and relates to the field of display technologies. The method includes: forming a first electrostatic protective circuit and a source and drain conductive pattern on a base substrate; removing the source and drain conductive pattern within the target cutting region; forming a to-be-cut display panel by forming a superstructure on the base substrate; and cutting the to-be-cut display panel in the target cutting region.
