    Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a thin film packaging structure including a flexible thin film used for packaging a light-emitting display device, wherein the flexible thin film includes at least two layers of organic film layer, at least one layer of inorganic film layer and a light extraction film layer, each layer of the inorganic film layer is located between the two layers of the organic film layer, the light extraction film layer is located between the two layers of organic film layer or located on the outer surface of the outermost layer of the organic film layer, and the light extraction film layer includes a plurality of microstructures with the function of light extraction. The thin film packaging structure provided by embodiments of the disclosure can improve the luminous efficiency of the organic light-emitting display device packaged by the thin film packaging structure.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a fingerprint recognition module and a display apparatus, including: a base substrate; a photosensitive device layer above the base substrate and including a plurality of photosensitive devices; a bias metal layer and a noise reduction metal layer sequentially on the side of the photosensitive device layer distant from the base substrate; a light guide film layer including at least two light shielding layers arranged in a stacked manner, and a microlens layer on the side of the light guiding film layer facing away from the photosensitive device layer and including a plurality of microlenses. Each of the light shielding layers is provided with light transmitting holes arranged in an array, the light transmitting holes in all the light shielding layers are provided in a one-to-one correspondence manner. An orthogonal projection of the microlens covers the orthogonal projections of the light transmitting holes on the base substrate.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an ultrasonic imaging method and apparatus. The apparatus includes an ultrasonic signal emission source and a receiving array including ultrasonic signal receiving circuits; the method includes: turning on the source to perform emission of ultrasonic waves toward an object to be detected and causing the ultrasonic waves to propagate through the object, a depth-wise direction of which is along a propagation direction of the ultrasonic waves; after a first predetermined time period having elapsed since the source was turned on, turning on the receiving array to receive reflected echoes returning from a first section plane of the object to be detected perpendicular to the depth-wise direction; thereafter, turning off the receiving array, storing the reflected echoes by the ultrasonic signal receiving circuits and acquiring reflected echo signals, and successively reading the reflected echo signals from the ultrasonic signal receiving circuits during a reading time period.

    Abstract: An ultrasonic sensor, a preparation method of the ultrasonic sensor, and a display apparatus are provided.     Abstract: The present disclosure provides a line recognition module, a fabricating method thereof and a display device. A better collimating effect may be achieved only by fabricating an optical sensing structure on a substrate in the line recognition module and then directly fabricating at least two light shading layers and a light transmitting layer with relatively simple structures, and the device structure is light and thin, which can reduce the difficulty of processing the device. The problem that the yield is affected due to blistering caused by attaching a collimating structure to the line recognition module with use of an optically clear adhesive (OCA) is avoided. Moreover, since film layers are fabricated directly on the optical sensing structure to form the collimating structure, fabrication of the collimating structure may be accomplished by using a generic device for fabrication of the film layers on an array substrate without adding new fabrication equipment.
