摘要： An array substrate is provided. The array substrate includes a base, a first electrode and a second electrode which are on the base and a touch line on the base, both the first electrode and the second electrode are configured to transmit a display signal, the touch line is configured to transmit a touch signal; the first electrode and the touch line are respectively in different layers, and an orthographic projection of the first electrode on the base at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the touch line on the base. A preparation method of the array substrate and a touch display panel are further provided.

In each of the plurality of pixel units, the array substrate includes a thin film transistor and a storage capacitor disposed above the base substrate, the storage capacitor includes a metal layer, an intermediate layer, and a reflective layer disposed in a stacked manner, the metal layer being adjacent to the base substrate. The array substrate further includes a common electrode layer disposed on a side of the storage capacitor facing away from the base substrate, the reflective layer is electrically connected to the common electrode layer, and the metal layer is electrically connected to an active layer of the thin film transistor.

摘要： An array substrate, a display panel and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate, and a metal connecting member, a first insulating layer, a signal line, a second insulating layer and a first electrode which are disposed on the base substrate in this order. The first insulating layer is located between the metal connecting member and the signal line, and the second insulating layer is located between the signal line and the common electrode. A material of the metal connecting member is different from a material of the signal line. The signal line is electrically connected to the first electrode through the metal connecting member. A contact resistance between the material of the metal connecting member and a material of the first electrode is smaller than a contact resistance between the material of the signal line and the material of the first electrode.

摘要： Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a touch display substrate and manufacturing method thereof. The method includes forming a touch signal line on a base substrate through patterning process; depositing a photoresist layer, and forming a first thickness photoresist layer, a second thickness photoresist layer and a photoresist layer opening area through patterning process, the touch signal line being located in the photoresist layer opening area; depositing a first insulating layer on the photoresist layer, the first insulating layer comprising a first area and a second area, wherein the first area is located on the first thickness photoresist layer, the second area is located on the second thickness photoresist layer and the photoresist layer opening area, the first area and the second area of the first insulating layer are disconnected; removing the photoresist layer and the first insulating layer located on the photoresist layer; and depositing a second insulating layer.
