Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a fingerprint identification device, a fingerprint identification method and a touch screen. The fingerprint identification device comprises: an optical sensor with a receiving surface configured to receive fingerprint reflected light; and a lens assembly configured to converge the fingerprint reflected light toward the receiving surface of the optical sensor, wherein the lens assembly includes a liquid crystal lens configured to converge the fingerprint reflected light toward the receiving surface of the optical sensor by rotating liquid crystal molecules at different angles upon energization.

Abstract: A device for identifying a pattern over a first surface includes a photosensitive layer, and a light-guiding layer disposed between the photosensitive layer and the first surface. The photosensitive layer includes a plurality of photosensitive elements, each configured to convert incident light into an electrical signal. The light-guiding layer includes a plurality of light-guiding units, each positionally corresponding to one of the plurality of photosensitive elements. Each light-guiding unit include a plurality of light-transmitting portions, each configured to guide a light beam reflected from a feature of the pattern positionally corresponding thereto to transmit therethrough and reach one of the plurality of photosensitive elements corresponding to the each of the plurality of light-guiding units. The device can be used for identification of fingerprint, as well as other biometric or non-biometric features, and has a reduced thickness and an improved accuracy for pattern identification.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display panel, a display device, and a method for displaying Braille information. The display panel includes a plurality of scan lines, data lines, and display circuits arranged at intersections of the plurality of scan lines and the plurality of data lines. The display circuit includes a switch configured to be turned on or off according to a scan signal from the scan line, and a dot element coupled to the switch. The dot element includes a substrate, an electrode provided on the substrate, a thermosensitive layer provided on the electrode, and a dot key arranged on the thermosensitive layer. The electrode is coupled to the switch, and configured to be applied with a data signal from the data line when the switch is turned on. The thermosensitive layer is configured to be heated by the electrode to protrude the dot.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to piezoelectric detection circuits, methods and display devices. A piezoelectric detection circuit is provided that may comprise: a piezoelectric device to convert a pressure into a direct current (DC) signal and to convert a sound wave into an alternating current (AC) signal; a comparison circuit configured to output the direct current signal to a signal processor in a case where the piezoelectric device outputs DC signal, and to output the alternating current signal to the mixer in a case where the piezoelectric device outputs AC signal; the mixer configured to perform a mixing process on the AC signal to generate a mixed signal; and the signal processor configured to process the mixed signal output from the mixer or the direct current signal output from the comparison circuit, to detect the pressure or the sound.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure provide an optical fingerprint recognition apparatus and a display panel. The apparatus comprises: a light emitting structure (1), a collimating structure (2) and a plurality of photosensitive sensors (3); the light emitting structure (1) is used for generating detecting light; the collimating structure (2) is used for filtering the detecting light reflected by a finger, such that light with a scattering angle in a predetermined range transmits through the collimating structure (2); the photosensitive sensors (3) are used for receiving the light transmitted through the collimating structure (2) and acquiring fingerprint information according to the received light. The embodiments of the present disclosure are used for manufacturing a display panel. The present disclosure can enhance accuracy of the recognized fingerprint information during an optical fingerprint recognition process.
