Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer program products are provided herein for hyperspectral imaging based authentication. An example method includes receiving check data associated with at least a first user and extracting one or more field details from the check data. By leveraging a hyperspectral imaging module, the method further includes generating hyperspectral image data associated with the one or more extracted field details and determining one or more spectral characteristics associated with the one or more extracted field details based on the hyperspectral image data. The method further includes determining a tampering indication for the check data based on the one or more spectral characteristics. The spectral characteristics may include one or more reflectance values associated with extracted field details across a plurality of spectral bands.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus are provided for authenticating avatar activity in a metaverse environment. A metaverse application may enable interactions between an agent avatar and a customer avatar in a secure bidirectional metaverse session. Customer identity may be verified using meta-information associated with avatar appearance or behavior, device data, and/or methods of avatar control. The agent avatar and customer avatar may view a virtual representation of a defective check in the metaverse environment. The customer avatar may sign the virtual check in the metaverse environment. The signature may be captured and reproduced on a paper check by a device interfacing with the metaverse application. The metaverse application may store technical logs of the metaverse session for future reference.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods and computer program products structured for dynamic management of stored cache data based on predictive usage information. The invention is structured for proactive alleviation of obsolete data, dynamic pre-population and fetching of cached data based on determining actions preceding initiation of activities. Specifically, the invention is configured to detect, via a proactive processor application, a first access event via a first network device associated with a first communication channel at a first time interval, such that the first access event is detected prior to initiation of a first technology activity event by the user. The invention is also structured to populate the first adapted hierarchical cache data object for use at a technology application associated with the first network device prior to the initiation of the first technology activity event by the user.

Abstract: Arrangements for transaction adapter control are provided. In some aspects, a user device may connect to a network in a current geographic location. The user computing device may detect that a change in geographic location has occurred based on the current geographic location. Responsive to detecting that the change in geographic location has occurred, a mobile transaction adapter associated with or unique to the current geographic location may be downloaded to the user computing device. The mobile transaction adapter may be a plug-in component to a mobile payment application on the user computing device. A request to process a transaction may be received via the mobile payment application on the user device. Upon receiving the request to process the transaction, the mobile transaction adapter may be activated and the request may be routed to the mobile transaction adapter. The requested transaction may then be processed via the mobile transaction adapter.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for dynamically selecting a transaction processing device in a multi-device network is provided. A transaction processing device may be used to generate, approve, execute, and otherwise process transactions for devices in the multi-device network. A device selection platform may determine which of a plurality of devices is to serve as the transaction processing device based on a variety of factors such as battery life, processing power, communication connectivity, storage capacity and the like. The devices may be prioritized and ranked based on these factors. The platform may further monitor for changes in the network and dynamically update the prioritization and ranking and/or selection of the transaction processing device.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to isolating and reinstating nodes in a distributed ledger using proof of innocence. In some embodiments, a first plug-in embedded with the blockchain network may monitor consumer-initiated transactions submitted to an enterprise organization node to determine the legitimacy of each consumer-initiated transaction. The first plug-in may identify consumer-initiated transactions associated with malicious activity and may flag the consumer node for further analysis. A second plug-in may identify and analyze the consumer-initiated transactions associated with the consumer node to determine a proof of innocence value associated with the consumer node. The first plug-in may isolate the consumer node from the distributed ledger if the proof of innocence value exceeds a proof of innocence threshold. Alternatively, the first plug-in may permit the consumer node to remain within the distributed ledger if the proof of innocence value falls below the proof of innocence threshold.

Abstract: Arrangements for voice enabled event processing are provided. In some aspects, a self-service kiosk may detect a mobile device of a user and a connection may be established between the self-service kiosk and the mobile device. The user may request, via natural language data input, processing of an event, such as a transaction. The natural language data input may be captured by the mobile device of the user and transmitted to the self-service kiosk or other processing device. The natural language input may be processed to identify the requested event. Based on the processed natural language data, an event processing request may be generated. Based on processing the event, one or more event processing commands may be generated. The event processing commands may be executed to perform one or more functions associated with completion of the event processing (e.g., distributing funds, activating a deposit receptacle, or the like).

Abstract: Systems for contactless event processing are provided. In some examples, functionality of a self-service kiosk may be requested. In response, a user may be authenticated and a first interactive user interface may be generated and displayed by the self-service kiosk. A user may capture an image of the generated first interactive user interface displayed by the self-service kiosk using, for instance, an image capture device of a user computing device. The captured image may be displayed by a display of the user computing device and the user may provide user input to the user computing device selecting a displayed option. The user input may be processed and mapped to functionality associated with the self-service kiosk. Based on the mapping, one or more instructions or commands may be generated and transmitted to the self-service kiosk. The self-service kiosk may execute the instructions or commands to execute the requested functionality.
