Abstract: A system and method for merging a first database with a second database (one-way merge), and a system and method for merging two databases with one another (two-way merge) is described herein. During the one-way merge, new or updated records are transferred from a copy of a client database to a server database after it is determined that the server database either does not contain one or more records in the copy of the client database or contains an older version of one or more records in the copy of the client database. During the two-way merge, new or updated records are transferred between a client database and a server database after it is determined that either the client database or the server database does not contain one or more records in the other database or contains an older version of one or more records in the other database.

Abstract: A hybrid display system for a force measurement assembly, an exercise device, or an interactive game is disclosed herein. Abstract: A head-mounted display system is disclosed herein. In one or more embodiments, the head-mounted display system includes a head-mounted visual display device and an instrumented floor with one or more instrumented floor sections configured to detect movements, forces, and/or moments for a user and generate one or more output signals based upon the detected movements, forces, and/or moments for the user; and at least one data processing device operatively coupled to the head-mounted visual display device and the instrumented floor. The at least one data processing device being programmed to receive the one or more output signals from the instrumented floor; and determine one or more movements, output forces, and/or output moments for the user based upon the one or more output signals from the instrumented floor. The instrumented floor enables a plurality of different movement patterns and/or protocols to be executed thereon by the user.

Abstract: A force measurement system is disclosed herein. The force measurement system includes a force measurement assembly configured to receive a subject, and one or more data processing devices operatively coupled to the force measurement assembly. In one embodiment, the one or more data processing devices are configured to determine a difference between a center of pressure and a center of mass for the subject from output force and/or moment data, and to determine the fall risk of the subject based upon the difference between the center of pressure and the center of mass for the subject. In another embodiment, the one or more data processing devices are configured to determine one or more balance parameters of the subject from the output force and/or moment data while the subject is stepping onto the top surface of the force measurement assembly and/or stepping off the top surface of the force measurement assembly.

Abstract: A system for estimating a three dimensional pose of one or more persons in a scene is disclosed herein.
