    Abstract: A communication system and method for supporting a plurality of vehicle-to-everything radio access technologies (V2X RATs) is provided. The communication system configured to support multiple V2X RATs transmits, using a first V2X RAT, an indication of its availability to support an interworking function between the plurality of V2X RATs. The communication system receives an instruction to provide the interworking function between different V2X RATs. The interworking function may be incorporated in a vehicle that is joined to a platoon configured to use a first V2X RAT, and provide the interworking function between the first and a second V2X RAT. The interworking function may be used to add further vehicles to the platoon that communicate using only the second V2X RAT.

    Abstract: In some examples, a configurator device maps a configuration attribute received from a wireless device to a credential attribute, the credential attribute to be mapped to a network policy. The configurator device sends the credential attribute to the wireless device, the credential attribute useable by the wireless device to access an access point (AP), and useable by the AP to obtain the network policy to apply to a communication of the wireless device.

    Abstract: In some examples, an apparatus includes a transmitter configured to apply input data as a frequency-domain data sequence to modulate a set of subcarriers, and separate the frequency-domain data sequence into a first subsequence of elements and a second subsequence of elements. A first conjugate symmetric subsequence that is based on inserting a zero value into the first subsequence is formed, and a second conjugate symmetric subsequence that is based on inserting a zero value into the second subsequence is formed, where the zero values are inserted at different positions in the first and second subsequences. A time-domain sequence comprising a first component that is a function of the first conjugate symmetric subsequence, and a second component that is a function of the second conjugate symmetric subsequence is generated.

    Abstract: Network information may be discoverable without requiring a connection to that network. For example, Access Network Query Protocol (“ANQP”) may allow a device to discover information about a network prior to the device associating with that network. In other words, ANQP allows a network terminal to request additional network information prior to establishing network capability. The additional network information that may be discoverable includes network latency, cellular capabilities, hotspot capabilities, mobility capabilities, neighbor reports, station identification, and multiple hotspot session identification.
