Abstract: At least some embodiments of the present disclosure is directed to a method of processing cardiac information. The method includes the steps of: receiving an activation waveform comprising a set of activation waveform data; receiving a range of window size. For each of the plurality of window sizes, the method further includes the steps of: selecting a position of a central window; calculating a set of backward correlations; calculating a set of forward correlations; determining a backward confidence value based on the set of backward correlations; and determining a forward confidence value based on the set of forward correlations. Additionally, the method includes the steps of: comparing the set of confidence values to select a designated confidence value and a selected window size corresponding to the designated confidence value; and determining a local cycle length based on the selected window size.

Abstract: Methods and systems for mapping and displaying cardiac structures are disclosed. The method includes sensing cardiac electrical signals at a plurality of points and generating a cardiac map of at least a portion of one or more cardiac structures based on at least a portion of the sensed cardiac electrical signals. A surface map having a corresponding first position relative to the cardiac map is generated. The surface map includes a first surface point, where a first cardiac electrical signal feature is represented on the surface map at the first surface point if a corresponding first cardiac electrical signal is sensed at a point that is located within a threshold distance of the first surface point. The cardiac map and the surface map, at the first position, are displayed. The surface map may be repositioned to a second position.

Abstract: A system for facilitating display of cardiac information includes a display device configured to present a cardiac map; and a processing unit configured to: receive electrical signals and indications of measurement locations corresponding to the electrical signals; generate, based on the electrical signals, the cardiac map, which includes annotations representing cardiac signal features; and determine a set of interesting cardiac signal features. The processing unit also may determine, based on the set of interesting cardiac signal features, a region of interest; and facilitate display, via the display device, of the cardiac map and a representation of the region of interest. The representation of the region of interest includes a first display parameter value that is different from a second display parameter value, where the second display parameter value is associated with at least one cardiac signal feature that is not included within the region of interest.

Abstract: A system and method for voltage-guided anatomical shell editing includes outputting, to a display device, an anatomical shell of a cardiac structure. The anatomical shell is based on signals sensed by a mapping probe, each signal including a respective sensed voltage. User input specifying a first target depth for editing is received, as is a selection of a first region of the anatomical shell. A modified anatomical shell is generated by removing a first portion of the anatomical shell including the selected first region to a first editing depth based on the first target depth and generating a new surface region on the modified anatomical shell. Based on the voltage associated with the new surface region, the edit can be maintained, undone, and/or modified.
