Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to the field of medical devices. In particular, the present disclosure relates to devices, systems, and methods for controlled volume ablation of tissue. In one example, a catheter may include an elongated member having a distal end extending along a longitudinal axis. A first electrode may extend along the elongated member. The first electrode may have a distal portion arranged on a circumferential surface about the longitudinal axis at the distal end. A second electrode may extend along the elongated member. The second electrode may have a distal portion arranged on the circumferential surface about the longitudinal axis at the distal end of the elongated member. A sheath may be slidably disposed about the elongated member. The sheath may be configured to change position by sliding along the member to insulate a portion of one or both of the first and second electrode.

Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure relate to devices, systems, and methods for tissue resection in a body lumen of a patient, and may include a body extending along an axis and a distal cap positioned distally of the body and coupled to a shaft extending along the axis. The body and the distal cap may be movable relative to each other. An anchoring mechanism may be capable of engaging the body and the distal cap proximate a selected tissue for resection in the body lumen. A tissue capture device may be deployable from the tissue resection device such that a selected tissue for resection is securable by the tissue capture device. The tissue resection device may further include a tissue resecting device for resecting the selected tissue for resection.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of endoscopy. Specifically, the present disclosure relates to systems and methods which allow the distal portion of a catheter to be visualized within the body using a colored marker and one or more secondary markers. In particular, the present disclosure relates to systems and methods which indicate when a medical device is properly positioned for deployment within a body lumen.

Abstract: Bipolar or monopolar adjustable energy-delivering assemblies. The assemblies are configured for transluminal (e.g., endoscopic) delivery within a patient. A first energy-delivering member defines a first electrode portion formed of an electrically-conductive material so that energy may be delivered to the first energy-delivering member to create an energy field along the first electrode portion to apply to a target site within a patient. The first energy-delivering member may define a lumen therethrough allowing delivery of materials distally therethrough to a target site and/or allows materials from the target site to be aspirated proximally therethrough. Optionally, a second energy-delivering member and a second insulation member form a second electrode portion. Optionally, either or both electrode portions may be adjustable. Additionally or alternatively, the first electrode portion and the second electrode portion are adjustable with respect to each other.

Abstract: A medical system includes a plurality of tubes configured to be arranged about a periphery of an insertion device. A lumen of each of the plurality of tubes is configured to receive a medical device. Each of the tubes is configured to be coupled to the periphery of the insertion device and is moveable from a collapsed configuration adjacent the periphery of the insertion device to an expanded configuration further radially outward of the periphery of the insertion device as compared to the collapsed configuration.
