Abstract: The present application provides a channel state information (CSI) feedback and receiving method and device. The CSI feedback method by a UE comprises: determining, according to an indication of a base station, at least one CSI feedback configuration group configured by the base station, wherein each CSI feedback configuration group comprises at least one CSI feedback configuration; and upon determination of a need to report CSI, reporting, via a PUCCH or PUSCH, to the base station CSI acquired based on a first CSI feedback configuration, wherein the first CSI feedback configuration is a CSI feedback configuration determined, according to location information of a CSI feedback configuration in the most recent report or location information of a CSI feedback configuration indicated by the base station, from a corresponding CSI feedback configuration group by the UE. The present application supports independent reporting of location information and corresponding CSI, thus improving the detection performance of such information, and further supports a base station to acquire CSI corresponding to a specified CSI feedback configuration, thus enabling more flexible downlink scheduling and transmission.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a pilot configuration method, a channel measurement method, and a communication device, for use in resolving the technical problem in an NR system that a terminal cannot determine the location of a time-frequency resource occupied by a CSI-RS. The pilot configuration method comprises: a base station determines configuration information of CSI-RSs of N ports according to a predefined CSI-RS configuration pattern of a system, wherein the CSI-RS configuration pattern is used for representing configurations for time-frequency locations of resource elements (REs) of the CSI-RSs of different ports in a time slot when at least one OFDM symbol in a PRB is used as a time domain unit, the configuration information at least comprises the number of ports and an index parameter, and the index parameter is used for indicating the time-frequency location of the RE of the CSI-RS of each of the N ports in the time slot; the base station transmits the configuration information to a terminal connected to the base station by signaling, and transmits the CSI-RSs according to the configuration information, so that the terminal determines the time-frequency locations of the REs of the CSI-RSs in the time slot according to the configuration information and the predefined CSI-RS configuration pattern of the system, and performs channel measurement by using the CSI-RSs at the time-frequency locations.

Abstract: Disclosed are a data transmission method and device. The method comprises: a sending end sending at least one synchronization signal (SI), with the SI carrying a first identifier; and at a time-frequency location of system information corresponding to the SI, sending the system information, the system information carrying information for indicating a second identifier, and identification information about the sending end comprising the first identifier and the second identifier. According to a mapping relationship between an SI and a first identifier, a receiving end can obtain the first identifier after detecting the SI; and by means of carrying information for indicating a second identifier in system information, the receiving end can obtain the second identifier after detecting the system information, so that the receiving end can obtain all the identification information about the sending end according to the first identifier and the second identifier.

Abstract: Disclosed are CSI feedback method, a precoding method, and an apparatus. In the present invention, after a terminal determines first precoding matrices on a first subband, the terminal obtains second precoding matrices corresponding to physical resources in the first subband according to the first precoding matrices and a column vector arrangement mode corresponding to the first precoding matrices; and then, the terminal determines CSI on a second subband according to the second precoding matrices. In the embodiment, precoding matrices are expanded according to a column vector arrangement mode, so as to obtain second precoding matrices corresponding to different physical resources; accordingly based on the second precoding matrices, CSI is measured by using the corresponding second precoding matrices on different physical resources. In the embodiment, precoding matrices are expanded according to a column vector arrangement mode, so that precoding can be performed on each data flow in transmission by using different column vectors, thereby improving the robustness of a transmission solution, and obtaining a stabler precoding gain.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a method and a device for transmitting channel state information, for solving the problem that due to the limitation of a codebook structure, the prior art can only provide channel state information with limited precision and it is not suitable for a base station to use a transmission scheme of an advanced preprocessing algorithm. The method comprises: a terminal determining a basis matrix according to a candidate wave beam vector set, the basis matrix being a matrix formed by N wave beam vectors from the candidate wave beam vector set, the N being a positive integer; the terminal determining a combined coefficient matrix according to the basis matrix and a channel state parameter; the terminal feeding back the identification information of the basis matrix and the combined coefficient matrix to a base station. The invention effectively improves the precision of channel state information feedback, and improves the performance of multi-antenna transmission, especially multiple user-multiple input multiple output (MU-MIMO) transmission.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for transmitting an initial access signal, thus solving the existing problem wherein transmitting and detecting of synchronization signals cannot be applied to large-scale network coverage of a future communication system. The method comprises: determining at least one to-be-transmitted identification information of a synchronization block, the synchronization block comprising at least two components for transmitting an initial access signal, and different components occupying different time-frequency resources of the synchronization block; determining an initial access signal transmitted by each component in the synchronization block according to the identification information; and determining a time-frequency resource occupied by each component in the synchronization block and transmitting the initial access signal of the component on the time-frequency resource occupied by each component.
