This application relates to wireless communication technologies, and more particularly, to a method, a apparatus and a system for transmitting a gateway address, which are used to solve the problem in the prior art that a DeNB is incapable of assisting an MME in selecting an SGW/PGW for a mobile relay node (RN). The method for transmitting a gateway address in an embodiment of this application comprises: a base station determining, when determining an access device to be a mobile RN, a gateway IP address of a mobility anchor serving as a gateway of the mobile RN; and sending the determined gateway IP address to a mobility management entity (MME) corresponding to the mobile RN. In the embodiment of this application, the DeNB is capable of assisting the MME in selecting a suitable mobility anchor for the mobile RN as the SGW/PGW, thereby guaranteeing normal work of the mobile RN.

The present invention relates to communications technologies, and disclosed are a key updating method, device, and system. A local eNB monitors a user plane uplink and downlink PDCP COUNT value of each UE connected thereto, and transmits user plane uplink and downlink PDCP COUNT value information or transmits a key update request based on the PDCP COUNT value to a macro eNB, so that the macro eNB updates a key according to the key update request or the user plane uplink and downlink PDCP COUNT value information, thereby avoiding the problem of repeated use of security parameters, realizing prompt key update, and improving the security performance of the network.

Disclosed are a data forwarding method and device, used for solving the problem that a communication interruption risk is generated when a user equipment (UE) is handed over in an existing hierarchical network. The method comprises: a source macro base station obtaining serial number sending state information of PDCP data packets, in uplink and downlink directions, of a local base station currently accessed by a UE, a control plane of the UE being connected to the source macro base station, and a user plane being connected to the local base station; and the source macro base station sending the serial number sending state information to a target base station that the UE is to be handed over to, and the target base station establishing a user plane connection to the UE according to the serial number sending state information.

Disclosed is a method for sending user equipment location information, used for a network side to accurately determine the location of a user equipment. The method comprises: a relay node (RN) receives configuration information representing the reporting condition of user location information from a control interface management device; and when the reporting condition is satisfied, the RN sends cell-related information representing the user location information to the control interface management device. Also disclosed is an apparatus for implementing the method.
