    Abstract: Disclosed is a manual adjustable tensioning device. Slope guide slots are formed in the periphery of a lead screw nut, and contacts are provided with slopes having the same angles and placed in the guide slots of the lead screw nut; two ends of a lead screw are respectively supported in threaded holes of a shell and an end cover; screws are connected to the lead screw nut via threaded holes, the tail end of each screw is in contact with one end of a lever, the other end of the lever is in contact with the slope of the lead screw nut, a roller is mounted at the tail end of the lever, and an extension spring is mounted at the end of the slope of the lead screw nut.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a device for removing burrs from an aluminum alloy hub. The device includes a workbench, columns, a brush, a spindle, a spindle box, a cross beam, a spindle motor, a controller, a parallel robot, and a displacement sensor. Columns are fixedly connected to the workbench, and the cross beam is connected to the columns and a position of the cross beam can be adjusted along the columns; the spindle box is connected to the cross beam, and moves horizontally on the cross beam; the spindle, the spindle motor and the controller are mounted on the spindle box, and the brush is mounted at the end of the spindle; the brush is driven to rotate by the spindle motor and controlled by the controller; and the displacement sensor is mounted in the brush. The parallel robot can implement precise adjustment, and can perform real-time posture adjustment according to the instruction of the controller to ensure that the brush is always in close contact with the back cavity of the hub.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a hub cleaning device, including a base (1), a mounting transition plate (2), a nozzle adjusting module (3), hub conveying modules (4) and a work fixture (5), in which the nozzle adjusting module (3) is connected onto the mounting transition plate (2), and the mounting transition plate (2) is fixed on the base (1); the work fixture (5) is arranged at a position parallel to the base (1), so that the nozzle adjusting module (3) can face the front side of a hub (6); and the hub conveying modules (4) are arranged on two sides of the work fixture (5).     Abstract: A high-precision tensioning device is provided. The high-precision tensioning device is composed of a stepping motor, an encoder, a harmonic reducer, a rotary table, connecting rods, contacts, force sensors, a rotary table connecting piece, a gasket, a nut, bolts, a set screw, a shell and an end cover. The tensioning device provided by the disclosure can achieve closed-loop control on a tensioning force in order to improve the tensioning precision of the tensioning device; and as long as machining and assembling errors meet design requirements, stable synchronous tensioning of three contacts can be ensured, and the location precision of a hub is improved.
