    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a sampling detection circuit and a method for detecting a circuit malfunction. The method includes: receiving a detection instruction and controlling a plurality of equalization modules to be turned off in response to the detection instruction; collecting first sampled data of sampled equalization modules; controlling odd numbered equalization modules among the sampled equalization modules to be turned on and even numbered equalization modules among the sampled equalization modules to be turned off; collecting second sampled data of the sampled equalization modules; controlling the odd numbered equalization modules among the sampled equalization modules to be turned off and the even numbered equalization modules among the sampled equalization modules to be turned on; collecting third sampled data of the sampled equalization modules; and determining, according to the first sampled data, second sampled data and third sampled data, a malfunction in a sampling detection circuit and locating the malfunction.

    Abstract: A battery pack active fuse control apparatus includes a battery management system and a shunt resistor, where the battery management system includes a short-circuit current detect circuit and a short-circuit current process circuit that are constantly powered. The shunt resistor and an active fuse are connected in series with a power supply loop of a battery pack. The short-circuit current detect circuit is connected to the shunt resistor and the short-circuit current process circuit. The short-circuit current process circuit is connected to the active fuse. The short-circuit current process circuit, upon receiving the short-circuit overcurrent signal, controls the active fuse to break.

    Abstract: A battery pack management system includes a controller, an isolation unit, a plurality of battery pack management units, and a plurality of battery packs. The plurality of battery pack management units are connected in series by a first daisy chain, and the plurality of battery pack management units are also connected in series by a second daisy chain. The first daisy chain transmits sampled data that is collected by the battery pack management units from corresponding battery packs and transmits control instructions of the controller. The second daisy chain transmits a failure prompt signal which is generated by a battery pack management unit that detects a failure.     Abstract: Disclosed are a load state detection circuit and method. A microcontroller is connected to a switch unit which is connected between a detecting power supply and a load to be tested. A voltage sampling point is formed at either terminal of the load to be tested, and the voltage sampling circuit is connected between the voltage sampling point and the microcontroller. The voltage sampling circuit is configured to sample a voltage at the voltage sampling point. The microcontroller is configured to connect the load to be tested and the detecting power supply by controlling the switch unit, and determine whether a fault exists in the load to be tested according to a received voltage at the voltage sampling point sampled by the voltage sampling circuit, before connecting the load to be tested with the drive power supply.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a rechargeable battery monitoring system, a battery pack, and an electric vehicle. The rechargeable battery monitoring system includes multiple CMCs, a BMU, and a first bus. Each CMC is connected to the first bus and configured to monitor at least one battery module of a battery pack. The BMU is connected to the first bus and configured to communicate with at least one CMC. The rechargeable battery monitoring system further includes multiple pull-up and/or pull-down modules disposed on a communication path between two adjacent CMCs as part of the first bus. This rechargeable battery monitoring system can stabilize a level on the communication path between the two adjacent CMCs, mitigate an impact caused by external interference onto communication, and improve communication quality.
