Abstract: Disclosed is an insulation detection method that includes: a first and second equivalent resistances are calculated; the less one of the first and second equivalent resistances is taken as a first insulation resistance, which is an insulation resistance of the high voltage circuit on the side where the battery pack locates relative to the reference potential terminal; when the first insulation resistance is normal, the switch unit is closed, and a second insulation resistance is calculated according to the first and second equivalent resistances, voltages of a first and second sampling point when the switch unit is closed; the second insulation resistance is an insulation resistance of the high voltage circuit on the side where the load locates relative to the reference potential terminal; the insulation state of the high voltage circuit on the side where the load locates is determined according to the second insulation resistance.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a detection circuit and method. The detection circuit comprises: a controller, a battery pack, a main positive switch module, a main negative switch module and at least one detection loop. The controller collects voltages of a positive electrode and a negative electrode of the battery pack and a voltage between external sides of the main positive switch module and the main negative switch module when turning on the main positive or negative switch module and after turning on any detection loop, and obtains resistance values of insulation resistors of the external sides according to resistance values of insulation resistors of internal sides of the main positive and negative switch module, as well as the voltages of the positive electrode and the negative electrode and the voltage between the external sides of the main positive switch module and the main negative switch module, which are collected twice.

Abstract: Disclosed are a load state detection circuit and method. A microcontroller is connected to a switch unit which is connected between a detecting power supply and a load to be tested. A voltage sampling point is formed at either terminal of the load to be tested, and the voltage sampling circuit is connected between the voltage sampling point and the microcontroller. The voltage sampling circuit is configured to sample a voltage at the voltage sampling point. The microcontroller is configured to connect the load to be tested and the detecting power supply by controlling the switch unit, and determine whether a fault exists in the load to be tested according to a received voltage at the voltage sampling point sampled by the voltage sampling circuit, before connecting the load to be tested with the drive power supply.

Abstract: The present application provides a power-down detection circuit and a control method. A low-voltage side power supply is connected to provide an output voltage of the low-voltage side power supply to a power-down detection sub-circuit and provide a standard supply voltage to the power-down detection sub-circuit, a controller and a memory via a voltage conversion circuit. The power-down detection sub-circuit is configured to obtain the output voltage of the low-voltage side power supply, and determine, according to the output voltage of the low-voltage side power supply, whether a power-down event occurs in the low-voltage side power supply. If it is determined that a power-down event occurs, a power-down signal is sent to the controller. The controller receives the power-down signal, and controls the memory to record current information of a high voltage bus sensed by a high-voltage side current sensor.
