Abstract: Fracturing fluid delivery systems having flexible fracturing fluid delivery conduits secured with quick connectors are provided. In one example, a fracturing system includes a wellhead assembly and a fracturing fluid conduit coupled to the wellhead assembly to route fracturing fluid to the wellhead assembly. The fracturing fluid conduit includes a flexible body defining a bore for conveying the fracturing fluid to the wellhead assembly. The fracturing fluid conduit is coupled to the wellhead assembly via an actuated connector including one or more locking members that move from an unlocked position to a locked position to secure the fracturing fluid conduit to the wellhead assembly. Additional systems, devices, and methods are also disclosed.

Abstract: A hydrocarbon extraction system that includes an erosion control system. The erosion control system includes a housing defining a first inlet, a second inlet, and an outlet. The housing receives and directs a flow of a particulate laden fluid between the first inlet and the outlet. A conduit rests within the housing. The conduit changes a direction of the particulate laden fluid and reduces erosion of the housing. The conduit is inserted into the housing through the second inlet. The conduit defines a plurality of apertures between an exterior surface and an interior surface of the conduit. The apertures direct the fluid into a conduit cavity. The conduit guides the fluid entering the conduit cavity to the outlet. The erosion control system excludes a plug and/or a sleeve around or in the conduit.

Abstract: Fracturing systems with frac valves for controlling flow of fracturing fluid are provided. In one embodiment, a fracturing apparatus includes a frac valve having a housing with a bore to convey fracturing fluid, a seal disposed within the bore, and an actuator coupled to control movement of the seal. The actuator can be disposed within the bore so as to move the seal between a closed position in which the seal blocks fracturing fluid flow through the bore and an open position that allows fracturing fluid flow through the bore. Additional systems, devices, and methods for fracturing are also disclosed.
