摘要： An improved method and apparatus for dropping a ball, plug or dart during oil and gas well operations (e.g., cementing operations) employs a specially configured tool body assembly having valving members (e.g., safety or kelly values) and valving members holding plugs, balls, or darts to be dropped. In one embodiment, the ball(s), dart(s) or plug(s) are contained in a sliding sleeve that shifts position responsive to valve rotation. An optional indicator indicates to a user or operator that a ball or plug has passed a selected one of the valving members. A transmitter (or transceiver) provides an ability to generate a wireless signal that is received by receivers (or transceivers) on the tool body assembly. Each receiver (or transceiver) controls an electrical actuator that engages a valving member or the indicator. Wireless signals can be used to open or close a valve or to reset a “tripped” indicator.

The bowl tubular includes a hanger profile for receiving a casing hanger or tubing hanger. The casing connector is adapted for connecting with the casing. The bowl tubular and the casing connector may be replaced independently of each other. Removable connection points for flow lines may be included on the well tubular head to facilitate changing flow lines or flow line connection points. The bowl tubular may include a drive system for rotating tubing.

In one embodiment, a method includes securing a barrier device at a lubricator extension of a lubricator assembly and positioning the lubricator assembly at a wellhead assembly having a wellhead from which a well string is suspended. The method also includes advancing the lubricator extension to advance the barrier device into the well string. The barrier device may be set within the well string to block flow. Additional methods, systems, and devices are also disclosed.

摘要： A self-erecting launcher assembly includes a mobile unit, and a magazine positioned in a receptacle of the mobile unit. The magazine includes a plurality of drones. A rail unit is secured to the mobile unit and moves between a closed position and an elevated position. A platform may be secured to the rail unit and is movable in an upward direction and a downward direction along a length of the rail unit. The platform is movable when the rail unit is in its elevated position. The magazine or the plurality of drones may be positioned on the platform, such that the platform moves the magazine or the plurality of drones from the mobile unit to at least one wellhead. A manipulator arm is secured to the platform and selects a drone of the plurality of drones and delivers the selected drone into a lubricator positioned at the wellhead.

摘要： A wellbore chemical injection assembly includes an extension flange including two ends and defining a flange bore. The first end can be fluidically coupled to a tubing spool inlet of a wellhead installed at a wellbore surface. The second end can be fluidically coupled to a chemical reservoir from which chemical is injected through the flange bore into the tubing spool. The assembly includes a mandrel positioned within the extension flange. A portion of the mandrel resides within the flange bore, while a remainder extends out. The mandrel defines an interior opening spanning an axial length of the mandrel. Outer coupling threads formed on the mandrel can removably mate with counterpart threads in the tubing spool inlet. Inner coupling threads formed on an inner surface of a portion of the interior opening can removably mate with coupling threads on a valve assembly removably seated in the interior opening.
